After having a horrible cut from another salon (not to mention names, but that trendy salon at Irvine spectrum? Not so trendy) Maxwell turned my wretched hair into something bad ass :) I can’t say enough good things about this salon, or my new stylist!!! If you need anything done to your hair, look no further than The Studio O!!!

This review is a long time coming but I The Studio O needs to be recognized for giving me my new look. Oscar is the best at what he does. I am absolutely head over heals for my new look. He took me from dark brown (almost black) to super blond. And my cut is on point. I love this guy not only because we are friends but because he leaves me feeling beautiful every time I leave his salon. Thank you Oscar for making this mommy feel like a hot mama! Love you!

Wonderful experience — Max did wonders on my hair, bringing it to a beautiful baby blonde from a very gold/​orange color that I walked in with — I can’t wait to go back!

I found Salon O when I moved to Naples Island/​Long Beach in December and couldn’t be happier! It is a small salon with very friendly stylists and clientele. I adore my stylist Kayce! She is the first stylist I have ever trusted to cut and color my hair and I have never been disappointed.

I could not be happier with cut I just received from Malina @ Studio O! I came in like a walking disaster from a chop job I got a wk ago from another salon. I was so sad, so upset, and ready to cut it all off… but Malina saved me! She was so patience, listening to my every detail, focusing and making sure it was perfect. Maxwell is amazing! My hair looks so great, he made it an ashy blonde but a cool unique mix between all diff shades. I really respect him, he was so meticulous about every step; he is an artist and my hair was one of his art pieces :). I will definitely be back. Great vibe at the salon too, everyone was so friendly!

Oscar recently recommended the Brazilian blow out treatment for my hair, and I trusted his advise for my hair. I have naturally tight curly hair. Before the treatment it used to take me up to an hour and half to dry and style my hair. Now that time has been cut in half. My hair feels shiny and healthy and it has never looked better. Oscar got his amazing hands on my head and I refuse to allow anyone else near my strands! I have a short pixie and for anyone rocking this type you know it has to be treated right or you’ll look like a boy with a bad haircut instantly. He has showered me with perfection in his cuts and made sure my color is on point! As he always says «my job is to make you look beautiful… I won’t ever let you leave feeling or looking any less»! I value his talent and charisma. It does not lack and every member of his team walks with the same mission! All are just as amazing as him!

Very excited to find this studio in my quaint neighborhood. Been commuting for years and finally decided it was time to get a local stylist. Met Malina who gave me my first cut at the salon. Let me tell you how nice it was! The detail was phenomenal and while I was nervous To cut 5 inches — she made sure I was perfectly comfortable with my length choice before cutting. The expert Studio O owner, Oscar even came by with tips for making my hair flip in the direction I want. I haven’t been this happy with a hair cut in years. Can’t believe I waited so long with overgrown cut! Bravo Malina and Oscar!

I’ve been going to Studio O for years now, ever since Oscar was in Fullerton. I followed him to Long Beach when he opened his salon in Naples. The service here is always beyond amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Oscar takes pride in his work and it really shows. He will do whatever it takes to make the client happy. I always feel like a million bucks when I leave the salon. Sometimes when I need a last minute service and Oscar isn’t available, the other stylists have all done a fantastic job with my hair. I couldn’t be happier!

Run, don’t walk, to Studio O! I’ve been coming to Oscar for 15 years and he is AWESOME! But it’s. OT just him… I’ve referred family and friends who have seen various stylists at the salon and everyone has walked away totally loving their new look! The staff are all very talented and so welcoming, it’s always a great experience!

First time at the salon. We live in Belmont Shore part time so it is often hard to find a good salon/​hairdresser when you need one. From the very first phone call, to make a very last-​minute appointment, they were very kind and accommodating. I met Oscar, the owner, who introduced himself immediately and made me feel at ease even being a first-​time customer.
Great shampoo with an added scalp massage. I had a blow dry which came out perfectly. Oscar even complemented my usual hairdresser on her cutting skills — which never happens…
Salon is super clean. Pricing is very reasonable, parking is always a little challenging on Naples but luckily they have their own parking lot in back. I will find opportunities to come back to visit Oscar and his staff at The O Salon. I now have a go to «in the shore.»

So I was first here about 2 months ago with Jessica, and I loved it but the color kept washing off :/​so I went in today with Max for a long overdue dye back to the color I want. He was amazing and it turned out super good! Now I’m just waiting to see how long the color will last, but I think he did an amazing job! Will go back again next time :)

Oscar, Oscar, Oscar!
I was fortunate to find him by chance; and by chance I literally mean I happened to wait on him at the restaurant I work at. He was so nice and mentioned his Vidal Sassoon training, and I knew already I would be booking him.
Flash forward 6 weeks and some major bob overgrowth (Looking like Farrah Fawcett and Frodo had a daughter), I was able to catch him before he was out for the weekend.
And thank goodness I did!!! I stepped into the modern and airy salon with a ton of natural light (no more gaunt face with a great cut) and see him and he welcomed me warmly with a hug. He remembered me! Love!
My few moments in the chair to discuss my vision was followed by the most perfectionist styling skills I only hoped for.
He exceeded my expectations. My asymmetrical graduated bob is worthy of print. I am BEYOND elated I can come to Naples for the magic touch rather than trek to LA! Beverly Hills has nothing on Salon O! I should know!

I absolutely love this salon. I’ve been seeing Jessica for quite some time now… And I love her! She always does an amazing job with my hair and actually listens. I hate when stylist dont listen and cut my hair too short or suggest a color I never wanted. Jessica knows what she’s doing and does it well. I even lived in the east coast for a year and refused to get my hair cut by anyone but her. I highly recommend her to anyone!
The studio itself is very cute. It’s in the Belmont shore area of long beach. The staff here is friendly:)

Wanted to try this place out for a blowout for company a event. I live only a few blocks away and had noticed the ownership change over the past year or so… call my interest piqued.
I picked Jessica as my stylist due to all the positive Unilocal reviews and she worked some magic on my tresses! Not only was my hair nice and sleek and shiny (no clue what she did) — she let me know they have a 4-​pack special for blowouts for 100 bucks. That is WAY less than the folks at Dry Bar ($ 40 for non-​members) and I am much happier with the results!
4-​pack = SOLD, so I’m obviously going back. She also talked to me about keratin treatments and seemed highly knowledgeable and very consultative over hair care. YAY Jessica!
