Even though I went natural, he is the only person I allow to press and trim my hair. Also, he is the best at arching eyebrows. You will not regret your visit.

Moved out here from New York to long beach and was in such of a new hair stylist and found Trey’ s International studio on Unilocal… he had great reviews so I decided to try him an I am so happy I did. Trey is the best. love love love his work. He was very professional and gave me a great consultation before doing my hair. A hidden gem in long beach. Yep I am hooked now.

Trey is awesome. I’ve been to him a couple times now for a sew-​in. Being a girl who has never had a sew-​in before I was really nervous having someone do my hair! But each time he took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and my hair came out beautifully. He also taught me a lot and gave me great advice for my hair. I’d definitely recommend him. He also will get you in there as soon as possible! One time I called and was able to get my hair done the SAME day… amazing! The second time I called, he scheduled me an appointment for the very next day. His prices for sew-​in were very reasonable as well. Thank You Trey!

Called Trey on a Tuesday and he was able to schedule me an appointment the very next day! That worked out perfect for me since I’m going to Vegas for the weekend :)
He did my weave and it looks amazing! On top of that he is such a genuine guy and extremly knowledgeable about various hair products and hair care. Its been about 5 years since I’ve had my hair done in a beauty salon, this was a great experience! Cheers to Trey! :)

My fiancé and I found Trey hidden in a hair salon at the back of «isee Beauty Supply Store». He does:
Weaves/​Cuts/​Color etc…
He’s VERY economical and is great with ethnic hair. My fiancé and I were LUCKY to find him as he’s very knowledgeable on doing the correct cut on my fiancé’s hair. He also shaves his beard and mustache… ALL UNDER $ 20!
There’s a 2nd lady there that does staightening and color… she is also very economical compared to most salon prices.
I recommend you make an appointment ahead of time as he gets VERY busy during the weekends… even with an appointment you might need to make some extra time as he will work in detail with each client and might run late. just be patient.
I’ve taken my fiancé to other barbers but have been a bit dissapointing… his hair cut is crucial since he’s an up and coming artist with various events to attend and photos galore…
A GREAT haircut is truely REQUIRED in this line of work.
Trey is WORTH the wait. he listens to the clients comments and issues with their hair and is KNOWLEDGEABLE of the best products to use for your specific needs. It’s great that you can buy the products in the same location!
