Way overpriced. Jane — one of the owners is very snippy and short with customers. She doesn’t smile and is bit like a «Soup Nazi», she should not be in any service related industry. They act like they are doing you a favor. The food quality is really hit and miss. The Chicken Avocado sandwich I had recently was horrible because the chicken was cooked in the morning and not made to order. Chicken becomes rubber like sitting in a heating bin and makes for a gross sandwich. The only reason anyone eats here is because it is in our building. They recently raised prices and were already pricey. It is like going to an airport food court(value wise). Unless you can’t get out to a nearby restaurant don’t eat here.

After coming here almost every other day, I think I can safely say that I’ve become a regular. Strangely though, even after months of getting the same thing, I’m pretty sure the people there haven’t bothered to learn my order or my name… The food here is mediocre, but since it’s the only café within walking distance of the local buildings, this is pretty much the only place you can go to for food on busier days. I really like to get their Cobb salad with chicken, and dressing on the side. There have been a few times that the people that prepare my salad have forgotten small parts like the bacon or the avocado, leaving me distraught the rest of the day, since I sometimes forward to lunch for a few hours. I’ve learned my lesson and now thoroughly inspect my food to make sure there aren’t any missing parts. The people that handle the orders also get really upset when you talk to the people prepare food… I once asked the salad preppers if they could add the dressing on the side as an afterthought, and the cashier reprimanded me. I guess things can get a bit too hot in this kitchen. However, I do think that after months, I can never really look at a Cobb Salad the same way again, and so besides the occasional frustration, this place is ok.

This restaurant is located on the first floor of my office so it is super convenient when needing to grab a quick lunch. I have only eaten there a few times since we just moved in to the building. The Triple decker club sandwich is what you would be expecting in a club. I also enjoy their fries with a side of their homemade jalapeño ketchup! The staff is nice and the service is speedy. Large menu with decent pricing to match.

For whatever reason, your food is no longer good. i used to love the Chipolte Chicken wrap but now every time I order it, it comes out stale, dry, and bad. This used to be quick, amazing, and cheap. Not it just taste bad.

It is, what it is. Quick and convenient. Service is friendly, prices are OK. But the food is just … passable. I usually just grab a cold sandwich since that is easy to get mostly right.

Meh. I’ve experienced better. I really miss the little mom and pop burger joint that used to be here before Trimana took over. Although the remodel was nice, this place doesn’t make up for the great customer service I received from the previous owner and they deliver. It’s like a mini mart so its convenient for people who work in the building. The food isn’t really that memorable and it’s seriously overpriced. The short order cooks are basically instructed to be chintzy with the dressing. I had a burger one time and the spread was so thin it was dry as hell. Their fries are a little on the undercooked side so I usually ask for it well done. As for customer service, a coworker of mine finally broke down one day and asked the owner why he was so mean(he was just a quiet stoic Korean guy). Mind you this coworker of mine can totally talk off anyone’s ear off and eventually getting them to crack a smile. But I think since my coworker did that, I’ve actually seen the owners smile. Hmmm, must have worked. The place is pretty clean, no bathrooms nearby unless go through a series of doors in the building. Just ask someone and they’ll point you to the right place. Other than that, if I can describe this place in one word– convenient.

Good place to go because there just isn’t much around. They have a wide selection and the prices were great.

Dude Really? This place is not that serious it’s JUST convenient because it’s downstairs of 2 corporate buildings that surround it, so by the time you go to the structure to take off you’ve already taken up a good 10minutes and this place is 2 minutes away(including the elevator ride down) First off not trying to be mean or rude but if you can’t speak or undestand your own menu of your establishment ummm maybe you shouldn’t try to take orders? I’m just sayin’ Secondly, the food is WAY over priced, $ 3 dollars for a toasted wheat bagel? $ 7.95 for a grilled cheese with fries? Lol the list can go on, the only good thing that is actually«worth it» is this«SPECIAL» they have and it’s some Oriental grilled chicken with veggies and steamed rice and this time it INCLUDES a drink for $ 8 bucks pretty tasty and they actually make it after you order it(this is for Star #2) oh and surprisingly it’s not sitting under a heat lamp :) Also just an FYI you can’t pay with credit card or an ATM unless you spend $ 5 bucks and they hold $ 1 or $ 2 dollars on your transaction and then refund it 5 business days later… why? who flippin knows but this place is seriously way over rated!!!

*UPDATE12/2007* They made me a special order tuna melt at 7:30 in the morning(I get unusual cravings in the morning)! Plus one star! — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — – Trimana is a grill café located near the bf’s work. I came in after I dropped him off to get a bite and some studying in. It’s a good place to read the morning paper over a cup of coffee, or grab a tuna melt on sourdough with sundried tomatoes and fries for lunch while studying for the LSATs, like I did. They cater to neighboring office buildings and professionals(but it is open to the general public) so prices aren’t exactly cheap but they do offer a good selection of burgers, sandwiches, salads, and goodies, including daily specials. The best part about this place is their JALAPENOKETCHUP. Who the hell does that? It’s GENIUS! I loooove spicy food so I was beaming =). They also have 3 kinds of their signature hot sauces at the tables but they smelled and looked old and cruddy, especially the green one, so I stayed away. Again, since they cater to a business crowd, they close early. Yesterday(Friday), they shut down a little after 3 pm.
