My review is similar to the previous one. I came to Trophies Inc. with only a vague idea of what I wanted and the employees, specifically Patrick, guided me toward exactly what I needed. I was very happy with the friendliness and the prompt service. I ordered two plaques and they turned out beautiful. This place has the feel of a cozy family owned business. I will definitely be returning here in the future.

Nothing to complain about here! A nice, no frills business that gets you what you need, with great service at a great price. I went there with only a vague idea of what I wanted and I was still out of there on my initial visit after only a few minutes. They had a sample that was basically exactly what I wanted and they sold it to me for a discount. If I hadn’t wanted that, they were ready with their books to show me my options.
Very nice people and a little quirky like all places in the East Village; but they got me what I needed and even ahead of schedule.
