We Olive Belmont Shore contains a beautiful, full-​length wooden tasting bar on which you will find the finest California Olive Oil Council (COOC) certified Extra Virgin Olive Oils that the state of California has to offer.

In only selling those olive oils which have been certified by the COOC, We Olive guarantees the origin, processing, and quality of each oil. When you enter a We Olive store you will be amazed at the product selection.

Besides our Olive Oil Tasting bar, We Olive also features 5 – 7 different oils available in bulk. From our fruity Arbequina to the Popular Meyer Lemon and the stores best seller Aged Balsamic Vinegar. Not only do you save when you buy in bulk, you can bring your bottle back to refill. A great way to do your part to go green!

We Olive strives to be the best place to experience the finest California Olive oils and other olive products from around the world. Since its beginning We Olive has presented only the best quality olive oil anywhere. We Olive specializes in California olive oil because the origin and processing of each oil can be guaranteed. We Olive is more than just a store with olive oil, it is an ‘Olive Oil Experience’.When you enter a We Olive store you will be amazed at the product selection. There are at least Twenty different oils on the bar at any given time. The highly trained We Olive staff will guide you through an Olive Oil tasting, teaching you about the different flavors and nuances of olive oil. You will also enjoy samples of all of the products We Olive has to offer.

Business Owner

Phil and Deb met in a bar not far from their homes. It was on their next date at brunch they discovered they both had a love for food. They fell in love and started their hobby of cooking together every night.

It was on a vacation to Deb’s parents new home in Paso Robles when they stumbled on We Olive Paso Robles. Charmed by the store, the delightful sales lady Rhoma they first discovered We Olive’s Aged Balsamic. Another love was created and each time they came for a visit, bottles in hand they would fill up with balsamic and olive oil.

To their delight, We Olive was franchising. Deb and Phil were searching for a business to start together as they had become inseperable. It was a perfect fit. They can now combine their love for food, each other and a business supporting local farmers all in one.
