Worse business ever! Late to the appt no courtesy call to advise the tardiness! Secondly, doesn’t introduce himself, 3^rd did not bring the motorized blind as requested, 4^th was pushing me to buy standard shades, 5^th, assumed I’m not interested in customized shades, further more, is the worst !!! refused to provide a quote as he didn’t want to waste time measuring the Windows! Really! So you don’t welcome the opportunity for potential sale? Ithought it’s free consultation? So I have to be forced to buy something before you measure or give me a quote! hello… You didn’t bring what I wanted! So why do refuse to provide a consultation if you don’t come prepare with samples! Would you commit to buy something without testing it or a quote? If I tell you to buy something from my store with seeing it or knowing the price, would you buy from me? Glad I made a smart decision by not wasting my time with someone that doesn’t welcome the opportunity of a potential sale! God bless you human being! FYI Unilocal forced me to give you a star that you do not earn!

I can’t believe how this Oscar guy came today. He texts me to confirm our 11:30 appointment which I confirmed. 11:30 came no Oscar 12 came and he finally shows he had the nerve to ask if I was ready I said I’ve been ready since 11:30. He didn’t even introduce himself, I told him that I specifically asked for motorized blinds which he didn’t bring, he was not listening to me. Which made me uncomfortable, kicked him out of the house and told him thank you but no thank you. If you want bad customer service he is your guy.

Oscar and his crew are amazing. He is professional and on time. We would definitely recommend them.

I don’t know how this place gets such great reviews. We wanted plantation shutters for our kitchen window. I called to be told I had to measure the window myself and call him back. Then it turns out they only are open Monday to Friday. Then he cannot tell me difference in cost between composite and wood, only to find out they’re only composite. Then, he says it will be about five weeks. I said that was fine. But then he could not come to the house to take measurements and see if, in fact, the window mouldings could handle shutters any time except when I was at work. If you call, don’t expect the same kind of accommodations everyone else notes experiencing. I wanted to give a local business the job and they got such great reviews. Instead, I’m going with a national chain.

I work long hours and Oscar went out of his way to come on a raining Wednesday night around 730 after I got home to show me samples and take measurements at my home. He delivered and installed the roller shade on the promised date, no problems. Can’t ask for any better than that. Good price compared to the other big companies as well.

I have been looking fir a quality blind specialist that is honest, Good selection of products and a reasonable cost that won’t empty my wallet. The Pearson I met was Oscar and he meet all the needs to gain my business. I called Oscar to get a estimate to get blinds on 16 windows in my house. He came the same day to my house measured all the dimensions for my windows and presented me different types of blinds. He was honest and sold us blinds that meet out budget. He said he would have the blinds ready in two days and he installed it very clean in a few hours. I had a guy earlier present his product and he was very pushy, only showed us one product, and very rude. Oscar is a classy guy to deal with gave us the Unilocal discount, warranty and piece of mind! I highly recommend his business for blinds

I had Luis over to look at my guestroom and make suggestions on appropriate draperies and window coverings. He was professional and caring while showing me many options. He had me choose from a wide variety of products. Luis told me it would be about two weeks until installation. As promised, he called me two weeks later and asked if the next day was good for installation. Again, he showed up promptly with his crew and my room was finished in no time with excellent results! I was so impressed with his company that I have him working on another project for me.
