Wingstop

Not a fan of the new «upgraded» wings. They are way too big and they forgot all of our sides. So when we got home we didn’t have ANY sauce. Wish they would get it together. What a huge disappointment…

Wings are not cooked (boneless), I had one piece that was raw. Wings are also dry, they don’t have enough sauce. The service is bad too, some of the employees seem unhappy and not very friendly. The only good thing about wing stop is the flavors.

Good size boneless wings. Fast friendly service. This location has updated soda machine with many flavor choices. Clean inside. I recommend this wing stop

Good place but today i ordered 10 boneless wings and the meat was red in the inside still, i didnt notice until the 4^th one. A hour later me and a relative were sick as ever. Ugh never again

Make sure you ALWAYS check your order if it’s to go.
I’ve gone so many times to this location & they always either forget to put something in or completely mess the order up.
I’m finally writing a review because I called in an order. Once I got there I still had to wait, I didn’t wait to long maybe about 20 min. I ordered two 6 piece combos both the same half Louisiana rub half lemon pepper with a side of original hot & ranch. I checked my bag for the sides but not to see if the actual chicken was correct why would I trust this wing stop like this is beyond me idk maybe the excitement to get home & watch kobe’s last game was to much who knows.
Anyway I get home ready to eat my wings but wait I don’t have half of each flavor what I actually got was 5 lemon pepper & ONE Louisiana rub wing –_​–
I check the 2^nd box & what do you know same thing. Why in the world would anyone ask for ONE wing of a different flavor!!! Why would the person who packed my order even allow this. I know the people in the back are the ones to blame because the cashier said my order back correctly half & half. So again ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER & CHECK EVERYTHING!

Poor service. Called in my order and still had to wait half an hour for my two 10 piece combos. Ask an employee about my order, he said it wasn’t ready. Asked someone else, and it was on shelf getting cold and stale. Coming from someone who has worked in the food industry before for many years, this establishment needs proper training.

My experience here has got to be the worst experience on earth. I called in to place my phone order and half way through he call I was hung up on. I called back to see if this was an error and I was greeted by a rude food service assistant. I asked her if she hung up on me and she responded very rudely with a very unprofessional attitude as if I am not the customer here trying to place an order stating «I don’t even answer the phone». I arrived at the location and when I asked for a manager she was not of any asstistance. I will never place an order at this wing stop again and will be placing my review on Unilocal so that no one will ever have to experience this level of disrespect.
I would leave no stars if I could smh

Been here twice now & both times the fries did not taste good. Wingstop has signature fries & my boyfriend and I both noticed the lack of flavor with the fries. This location is convenient bc it’s nearby, but I’ll be driving to a different location from now on. The fries are my favorite thing about Wingstop, but this place can’t seem to get it right

I put my order then I Decided to order some French fries. & she tell me I have Togo back in line. So ridiculous. 1^st time here & never again. 25 min. To get my order. And Bad attitude.

Its good but its over rated and the lemon pepper wings are kinda salty :(but really friendly staff !

They have good service and food here. Never been disappointed with either of them… The wings are always the best here… The food is delicious overall

If you’re looking for good service and quality food, this is NOT the wingstop for you. ALL the girls are rude and completely INGORE you when you’re standing in line. I have given this wingstop chance after chance, because it is the only one in my neighborhood, however every time I step foot into this place, I receive the same sub par service. As someone who has been in customer service for over 8 years, this place has ALOT of growing to do. The staff needs to be trained better and given conflict resolution scenarios. DO NOT go to this wingstop. its dirty and is below the health code standards.

Place was dirty, cashier was super sharp and unfriendly. Wings were dry and flavorless.

Love the lemon pepper boneless wings and lets not forgett the fries there delicious stop by during lunch fast service

Not great if you’re in a rush. We called in to place an order, and it took so long we had to call twice for them to take our order. When we got there there was only a couple in the store, meaning they weren’t even that busy.
I’m usually very satisfied with this place, but this was not a pleasant experience.

Food is delicious and if your not sure about a certain flavor they let u try a sample before you order.

Staff forgot my order! I waiting for 25mins and I was just disappointed but for their apologies they gave me coupons! I tried using them elsewhere and I felt so embarrassed because this location gave me expired coupons. Thanks guys, first late on my order next expired coupons I can’t even use? If I can give it a zero star I would.

Love the wings here and pretty fast service. Sometimes they mess up your order but they’re nice enough to correct it n give u the right one while still keep the wrong one! They’re peeps arecalways friendly snd always greet you at the door. Pretty welcoming

Great service from Benjamin great food my order was wrong and he fix it with in 5 minutes thank you for such a great service

In store purchase: January 25, 2015.
Auriel (as indicated on receipt) failed to ask what sauce I wanted with the chicken. In the years as a customer, I have never experienced such a failed attempt at the register by employees.
Super disappointed in Auriel, one can only hope she grows into the position she is being paid for doing. Good luck.
