Kings Chef Specializes in Hunan, Szechuan and Cantonese Cuisines. Our Chicken and Broccoli is second to none. Everything in our restaurant is made in house from our dumplings to our egg rolls and wontons. We also alter any dish to customers liking.

King’s Chef is one of the Original Chinese restaurants in Long Branch. Going on our 25th year in business nothing makes us happier than a satisfied customer. We will continue to do our best and provide you with the greastest Chinese food in town. Thank you for your patronage over the years and we hope to serve you again soon!

History

Established in 1988.

Kings Chef was established by Kei Yeung in 1988 and to this day he is still doing what he loves.

As a child I grew up in this restaurant. I was 3 years old when my family decided to move to Long Branch to start this venture. Over the Years I’ve learned a lot and met so many great people. Hopefully I can carry my family’s legacy when my father decides to retire.

When I went to Monmouth, a few years back, I always ordered from Ming Ying. When I was back visiting this past weekend, my friends told me to try this place. The delivery was very fast. I ordered the sesame chicken and the portion size was big, but I didn’t really like the flavor much.

First time trying this place and it was delicious. We ordered fried chicken wings and a large order of house special mai fun. The food was nice and hot and tasted fresh. We were even able to sit in and enjoy our meal. Definitely will be back to try some more of their food especially their chicken and broccoli since it won golden grub award from GrubHub by customers in 2012.

By far the BEST Chinese food in Long Branch! Family owned and operated! Prices very reasonable! I have been dining with William and his family for years. When you become a customer, you become a member of the family! I didn’t order food for months and when I did, I was missed! Not for the money, but for their genuine concern! Now that’s a lost art in this «ME ME ME» society! I highly recommend for the quality, prices, quick delivery and a profound for the friendly family business that makes me feel at home!

Great chinese take out! Sesame chicken sweet with good portions of chicken. Says its spicy but didnt recognize any heat. Combination plate comes with a crispy, delicious egg roll.

King chef is delicious! With the best staff anyone could ask for, this is the spot to be at. Their food is cooked differently (without MSG), with great flavor and perfectly cooked meals. This place knocks all the other restaurants out of the Atlantic ocean. The price is just right especially for the amount of food they give you. Literally anything in their menu is tasteful and I would highly recommend this place over any other.

Best Chinese food in long branch hands down! I always get the general tsos chicken with pork fried rice, and I also love the teriyaki chicken sticks. they have plenty of amazing seafood and vegetables to pair with quality of a grocery store! owned by locals I really enjoy the effort they put into the quality of the food they sell, so with the dime a dozen spots in long branch, they will always get my top dollar!

TAKE-​AWAY: Inexpensive, Fast Delivery, Decent Taste … HUGE Take-​Away Portions. If you’re hungry on a Monday night and want something inexpensive yet substantive while you watch my NY Giants beat-​up on your inferior team, King’s Chef is for you. I recommend any of their ‘Special Combination Plates’ which include a HUGE portion of Entrée w/​Pork Fried Rice (plain Brown or White), and an Egg Roll. They will accommodate you by making ANY Entrée into a Combo Plate. I get about 2 — 3 servings from one Combo. Their «Fried Chicken Wings’ are Phenomenal! Ask for them Well Done. I HIGHLY recommend their Boneless Spare Ribs as well. Enjoy!
