History

Established in 1870.

The Woolley Funeral Home was founded in its present location in 1880 and was known as Sexton Brothers & Woolley and then Woolley Funeral Home in the early 1900’s. For five generations, the Woolley family offered many years of experience in guidance to families through one of life’s most difficult experiences. William J. Boglioli began working at the funeral home in 1977 and after graduating from the American Academy of McAllister Institute of funeral service in New York City in 1982, he began his formal practice at Woolley Funeral Home. When longtime friend and owner Bruce Woolley died suddenly in 2009, Bill took over as manager, and in 2011, he bought what is now called Woolley-Boglioli Funeral Home.
