Great service we have been using them for last 14 years. They do it all from design to print and a affordable great price.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. I called with a rush request for posters to be made for a surprise birthday party and Big City GrraphX could not have been better. They also helped get photos and posters framed for us. Yvette created a great design for the posters and Racquel found us the framing company for us. Great customer service when I called or emailed. The posters were a HUGE hit at the party & frames were fantastic.

I had a simple postcard that I needed printed, no touch ups necessary and they delivered it exactly as I sent it. Not only was it inexpensive but it was fast. Good to know they’re in the neighborhood.

I was referred to this place by a friend and the price seemed right, and for that reason I tried as hard as I did to deal with them. This is less a subjective review of this company, but more of an exact account of my experience with them:
Monday 3÷20÷12 — Called and asked for a quote for a print job, was told I needed to talk to Paul. Left my name and #, was told I would hear from him in 20 minutes. He never called back.
Tuesday 3÷21÷12 — Called again and asked for a quote for a print job, was told I needed to talk to Paul. Told the woman who answered the phone that I had left my name and # yesterday and never heard back. Again, I was told I would hear from him in 15 – 20 minutes. Again, no call.
Wednesday 3÷22÷12 — Called again (3^rd time) and asked for a quote for a print job, was told I needed to talk to Paul. Told the woman who answered the phone that I had left my name and # yesterday and never heard back. Again, I was told I would hear from him in 15 – 20 minutes. Yet again, no call. I then decided to email Paul directly. NO response.
Thursday 3÷23÷12 — Called. Asked for Paul. Paul’s busy. Told the woman on the phone that I had been calling all week and this was my last attempt at working with them. She puts me on hold, and lo and behold… It’s Paul! Paul gives me an email address to send the file to and an exact price for the job. I email the file immediately and ask for confirmation of receipt. Received nothing. Was told on the phone that the job would be ready Monday. Made the mistake of taking his word for it.
Monday 3÷26÷12 — Called their office (both #‘s repeatedly), but no answer. Not even a voicemail account. Luckily I have a few days left on my deadline to find someone else.
Please ignore the (painfully, obviously biased) first review of this place and avoid it at all costs. This was a simple, one-​off job with a fairly loose (now rushed) deadline. I can only imagine dealing with them if you needed a large complex job under tight time constraints.

Big City Printing was amazing in supporting my job. Had 75,000 unit job that needed turned around in weeks end. Took two days and owner Paul worked out a great deal with minimal expediting charge. Finish, cuts and fold were spot on. I will be putting the rest of my jobs in through this company for now on.

Gave them two tries to fulfill a simple order. 2 sided black and white business cards. Both tries were a failure, not to mention service was awful.
1^st try– the cards were black and white only. They came back to me having gone through some CMYK process, with the colors misaligned. The edges of the cards were rough, and the graphics that were centered in the design were not centered on the card. Not to mention that they were 1/​16″ too narrow.
2^nd try– Shlepped back there after they reprinted (after giving me grief) with a discretely b&w only psd document. Didn’t even bother to look at the edges or if they were centered, since what was supposed to be black was more of a medium grey.
FAIL. Now I’m looking for a real printer who actually has pride in their work, and wants my repeat business. They’re also only open 10 – 4 Tues-​Fri FYI.
If cheap is all ya want, they got it in every way.

We are a very small business with limited graphic design skills. They were very helpful and our finished product looks great. Their prices are much better than the big online companies that advertise all the time. Highly recommended.

Big City Graph-​x is a one stop printing shop. I own a high end skincare line and they were able to create logo, business card and also sales kit for myself and my sales team. They went above and beyond my expectations. I continue to use them for all my printing needs. I would highly recommend Big City for all your printing needs.
