Absolutely love this place!!! I booked reservations here for a group of us for my best friends birthday, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I highly highly suggest to MAKE RESERVATIONS and pay this place a visit. You will burn a large amount of calories in the best way possible!!!

I just finished Evan’s 8^th birthday party here and in his words «IT WAS AWESOME!!» I definitely have to agree. We had a «Black Ops» themed birthday party and the kids enjoyed every single minute of it. The staff was awesome! Shay & Joc really helped the kids out, they showed them everything they needed to know. Anything we needed, they got with no hesitation. We were allowed to bring cold outside food which was a plus bc a lot of places won’t allow you to do that. Christine & Kiki were awesome at the front getting our group together. All the staff in general were amazing. Can’t wait to go back with the adults. Thanks again everybody :)

We went as a large group for a paintball birthday party (a bunch of early 30 somethings) and it was a mediocre experience. The original plan was to trek out to somewhere in Long Island for a true outdoor paintball experience but planning it was a nightmare so we settled on this place when we decided to stay local. I booked about 3 weeks in advance and was only able to get a 10pm slot on a Saturday night (book early, everyone). The reservation process was a pain in the ass as it involves filling out an online request and then waiting for their call and then asking for available times and then reading your credit card number over the phone in order to book. It’s 2016, why is this not done online? The person who reserved me spelled my name and email address wrong as well, so there was some back and forth to finally get reserved.
We get there at 9:45 on the night of with everyone’s waivers signed online but it took 15 minutes alone just to get the check-​in person’s attention and another 20 minutes to check in. There were huge crowds of annoying and loud teenagers there and only 2 people working the front desk, so it was a nightmare. After that fiasco, we were shuttled over to the locker room and given a quick less than 10 minute run down on how to use the paintball guns, etc. Bring your own lock if you want to use the lockers. To our disappointment, the paintball field is subdivided into smaller playing areas for each private group. It’s tiny. Like way smaller than a tennis court. There are these giant blow-​up obstacle type things you can hide behind but since they are inflatable, the whole thing sways and moves as you attempt your best Call of Duty moves next to it. The worst part of all was the complete lack of air conditioning! The weather wasn’t even hot yet the inside of that entire facility was like a boiling furnace that smelled like armpit and farts and Satan’s butthole. You’d think they would control the temperature a bit better considering that there are people running and sweating up a storm in there. It was so bad that everyone started to sweat and fog up inside of the protective helmet immediately after it was put on. Couldn’t see anything I was shooting, and couldn’t take the helmet off to wipe the sweat down until the match is over because of safety reasons (getting shot in the face). Turn up the f*ckin air, dudes. What the hell is up with that? The staff wasn’t great either. Our referee guy was about as enthusiastic as a paper bag and seemed annoyed when people asked for help as the guns jammed every other round. Safety didn’t seem to be a priority here either, as I saw a lot of questionable shit that scared me. The employees responsible for maintaining safety of all these weapons seemed to all be under 21. Scary. And to top it all off, you’re given limited ammo every couple of rounds so if you happen to run out or they spill out of the crappy canisters they give you then you’re out of luck. The dude just shrugged and just told us to pick pellets up off the floor. What?
Despite all that, it was alright. The birthday boy enjoyed himself and the rest of the guys seemed to enjoy it more than the girls. We all left with quarter shaped bruises all over our bodies, lol. Would I come back here again? Probably not. If I did I would just stick to Laser Tag for safety reasons. It was a little bit of a rip off at $ 46 a person for less than an hour of play (there are breaks in between each round). However, they are the only accessible indoor paintball place in the city so I guess this place is worth trying out if you’re into this sort of stuff. Just remember to wear your strongest deodorant.

Loved it. Laser tag was very sophisticated and fun. And lengthy considering the price. Dion was a blast, very patient and enthusiastic. Would recommend to everyone.

We went on a Friday night with a group of 10 for the $ 20/​pp zombie experience special. I don’t want to spoil anything, but I will say it was an unique and incredibly fun experience. Even though you know it isn’t real, it still feels like zombies are chasing you and you need to run for your life to protect yourself.
Be sure to come 15 to 20 minutes early to fill out the waivers.

I had a wonderful experience on Saturday. My family came up from VA and Danny really made our time there amazing. We celebrated my cousin’s birthday that day and he had a blast. He’s still talking about it. He went back down south and told the rest of the family that Danny was awesome and he can’t wait to go back.

Let me tell ya. There’s going to be so much love in this Paintball place, that the world will know it.
We had a party of 12 people for a bachelor’s party, only for paintball, and it was incredible. My friend Julian got LIT UP even though he wore the thickest hoodie on the planet and, «didn’t feel a thing».
But don’t worry, you will leave sore with welts, and sore in the cheeks from the laughs and giddy smiles you’ll all have after you leave.
Ask my friend Andy, he got shot in the toe.
We played 3 matches with 5 rounds each and it was a blast. About 2 hours of constant shooting, duck-​and-​cover, thigh-​burning goodness.
I can’t stress enough that Julian wore the thickest hoodie in the world and claims he didn’t get hit at all.
But I digress, it’s a great place for any age. If you’re going to go there, ask for staff by name. Matt, Chris and Vinny are STAR employees. Their customer service out shined most of the 5-​star restaurants I’ve been to (and I’ve been to plenty). The 3 of them are quite the team, and any other employee should follow in their footsteps. Throughout the entire event, I genuinely felt they cared for my well-​being and made sure that me and our party were enjoying themselves.
As refs, they really should’ve been watching Julian, because he got LIT UP but again, he didn’t feel anything because he wore THE THICKEST HOODIE in the galaxy, and claims that he’s just naturally the best paintballer that’s ever walked into Indoor Extreme Sports.
I’ll definitely be coming back.
I definitely will be asking for Matt, Vinny, and Chris.
I definitely won’t be inviting Julian.

The idea of this place is amazing! Where u can go to a place that is indoors and play outdoor play sports is fantastic. The game I played there was archery tag, which is like normal tag but with bows and arrows. The bows are cheap but strong bows, and the arrows are plastic with a a huge rubber tip. Be very aware, with the speed of the arrows after they have been shot, being hit with one of these arrows can hurt!!! They are absolutely not nerf bullets. Personally the way I play involves a lot of running, which I quickly realized that I wasn’t physically trained for, but that was my choice. U don’t have to play that way, we had other people in our party who did absolutely nothing all game. The time u have is made of 5 rounds all about 5 mins each, and u will play 2 matches like that, with a short break in between. U have to reserve your time slot, and they give u a form online with your date and time on it, which u must bring with u on the day you are scheduled to play.
There is also laser tag there, which didn’t seem so great. It was really small and not pitch black, which is not what I prefer when I play laser tag. Regardless, the archery tag portion of this was terrific and tons of fun!!! Some day I hope to play there more often and train for it beforehand.

I went to extreme sports to celebrate my birthday with a small group of my friends. We participated in the Black-​Ops Laser tag, which was AMAZING!
Big shout out to Miguel, Alexis, and Mellissa! They’re were our facilitators and took GREAT care of us.

Great B-​day Archery Tag game (5v5) with Deon as the referee. Though we had some injuries (they really need to get those arm-​guards back in), we all had fun and survived.

We had a great time playing Archery Tag. It was the perfect amount of time and alot of fun for a group new to archery. The games were great and Dion was a great ref. He was really great at explaining the games and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. Christine at the front desk was also very helpful during check in. Can’t wait to come back to play again and try some of the other sports!

I can’t understand the 100’s of rave reviews of this place! It is so confusing am I calling the right place?!? The reservation process is BEYOND frustrating BEYOND. When you go to the website it should have a GIANT disclaimer — do not proceed any further unless you are a group of 10+ people willing to wait months to play whatever game we have left at whatever time we choose… Do not proceed any further if you are a walk-​in WALK INS ARE NOT ALLOWED HERE (don’t let them fool you about same-​day anything — it does not exist you will make the trip for nothing). The phone system should say hi – please hang up if you don’t have 10+ people waiting for you to book a trip to our facility.
We have showed up to play with folks from OUT OF TOWN one of whom had a birthday! Trying to surprise him and we were turned away, even though the website said small groups were welcome same day. Super rudely by the receptionist. didn’t even TRY to see if there was anything they could do.
Again I reiterate — Nothing was done to even TRY to accommodate us, being told that we needed to reserve in advance (even though it didn’t say that for the game we were interested in – it specified large groups needed reservations but not small groups).
I thought I learned my lesson — you gotta call in advance! What a joke! First of all you have to navigate a confusing phone system — only to be told we can’t reserve unless you are willing to pay for 8 people up front. So you are telling me that unless I have 8 people I can’t come to your facility?!? She said you can pay for all 8 people and find them later — at $ 80 per person are you Joking!!!
Then she said — well you can go to Staten Island — they always have availability. ummm no offense but it is because it is STATEN FREAKING ISLAND accessible by car or ferry ONLY. UGG #done.
Then I said you have never had a group of 4 people before? No we haven’t — oh okay. well SAY THAT SOMEWHERE… ANYWHERE BEFORE I CALL YOU AND WASTE MY TIME. She said we could maybe call same day and walk-​in (ummm heard that, done that, didn’t get it = waste of time).
Can you tell I am frustrated??? SOOO frustrated — and trust and believe that any time I do have a group of 10 or more folks — we are sure as HELL not going here…

This place is jammed! All ages in and out. Crazy fun. Staff friendly and knowledge. Their back party rooms are huge. They could use some extra light back there tho, pretty dark hallways… will be back. Thanks for a fun night!

Had my son’s birthday party here and was disappointed. Registration and signing the waivers was organized and went well. However, once we got inside, it was chaos. The concierge person assigned to our party disappeared and never returned. We had to grab random workers to ask for help with getting the cake refrigerated and our table situation organized. Every person we dealt with inside had an attitude and wanted no part of our situation. Complaints were made to the 20(?) yr old manager, to no avail. While this place may be fun to visit on a random Sunday, NEVER HAVE A KIDS PARTY HERE! It’s pricey and you’re led to a bunch of picnic tables where you have to figure it out for yourself. If I could give this place no stars, I would.

Super fun place and a great change of place from going out on the LES on a Friday or Saturday night. We’ve rounded up the crew a few times for a guys night at this spot and at the end we always ask «why don’t we come here more?» since we have such a good time.
The last time we went the staff, especially Ed, Nkosi and Anna, went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time and got some awesome games of paintball in. They definitely took this review up a star so thanks again guys.
Make sure to make a reservation before you go, this place is full all day and all night for paintball, laser tag, and archery. If you don’t have a reservation you will not be able to play guaranteed.

Came here for Black Ops laser tag for a friend’s birthday. Everyone had a good time running around like we were kids again, but the organization of this place left a bad taste in my mouth. We arrived as suggested 15 minutes before our 10pm reservation. Everyone was able to check-​in/​register in a timely manner, but we weren’t brought inside to the laser tag area until around 10:30/10:45. Everyone needs to have a waiver. Save time at the venue by filling out the waiver before you get there.
At that time we were outfitted with our laser tag vests and listened to the rules of the road for the games we were about to play. We then received our laser rifles and were eventually led into the course around 11 pm. There are 3 modules. 1) 5 — 3minute sessions where red vs. blue team go at it until only 1 team still has players left. That’s right, once you’re shot, you’re «dead» and need to go back to base. You only get 150 shots during this entire module, so conserve wisely. 2) 4 –3minute sessions. 2 sessions where red team has a «bomb» and tries to plant it in the blue team base. 2 sessions where blue team has the bomb. If you get shot, you’re out again. If you’re shot while holding the bomb, you need to drop the bomb where you are and someone else on your teams needs to continue the mission. Again., only 150 shots for this 3) 1 –15 minutes session of «normal» laser tag. Unlimited ammo. Unlimited re-​spawns.
My 1^st gun didn’t fire! Something kept jamming because I was maybe able to get 2 shots out before it jammed again and I needed to turn the safety back on then back to fire to be able to fire another shot again. It was super annoying and not that effective when out to hunt members of the other team. They had to change my gun/​vest out in the middle of one of the games. My 2^nd gun worked well for about 3 minutes, then something happened to un-​sync it with the game. I had to go back and get yet another gun/​vest combo which ended up working well for the remainder of the time there.
We finally finished around 12:15 — but I thought we would have been done by 11:30!?! Make sure you have a lot of time to spare afterwards due to possible logistic impediments.
There are also other attractions in this play-​warehouse. They have «Paintball» but without paint — instead of little balls made of paint, you’re shooting rubber balls. So they still hurt, but there’s no mess! There’s a referee to tell you if you’ve gotten hit. There is also archery tag, an escape room and a small arcade.

This place was so much fun! Definitely one of the better laser tags I’ve been to. The arena is well sized with lots of cool obstacles, and the guns are legit because they have CO2 pellets that produce a sound when you pull the trigger so it feels more realistic. They’re also rifle sized and have a nice weight. Definitely adds to the experience.
For $ 40 you get to play three 15 min game modes — first mode is elimination where one shot you die and no respawn or reload, so those go by quick. Each round lasts 3 mins and you play 5 rounds, but they’re usually done in less than 2 mins. Second mode is similar to capture the flag, where one team has a bomb they need to plant in the other teams base. Each team gets two rounds with the bomb, then the last round the bomb is placed in the middle of the arena and both teams have to try and plant it. This round is also no respawn/​reload. Finally, the last mode is 15 mins of pure combat, where you can respawn and reload as much as you want, and the team with the most kills wins. This was by far my favorite because it really lets you solidify different strategies.
All that for $ 40 is a steal in my book. We all had a great time, and it was quite a workout too.
Now for complaints — some of the equipment wasn’t working, and a few of us had to exchange guns several times. This is especially frustrating when you’re going out in the line of fire and you keep dying because your stuff is malfunctioning, but you can’t tell because you just think you suck. Who knows, maybe you would’ve been the kingpin if you had proper equipment. Also, one of the front counter employees had an attitude problem, which is ironic because they have a sign saying they charge $ 10 if they have to put up with customers who are mean/​irritating/​etc. Probably the reason why she wasn’t front counter employee of the month.

My below review looks at the zombie experience (thumbs down) and normal paintball (thumbs up).
We tried the Friday night «Zombie Experience» which was just okay. One of my main concerns was that it was shorter than expected — it’s advertised as 30 minutes, but for us it lasted only 25 and that contained everything from start to end, including the five minutes of briefing and initial wait time, the five-​minute «opening sequence» (a pre-​set scene where you follow an actor around while zombies perform pre-​determined actions), and then the actual laser tag sequence.
The briefing and opening sequence were very well done — the guy in the briefing hammed it up, and the zombies had creepy inhuman groans. The actual laser tag part (which lasted 15 minutes) was underwhelming though — you have to go shoot through a bunch of zombies chasing you, find that one special zombie who’s running away, and repeat this process as you traverse around the course again and again until you’re successful in catching him. No one can die — zombies are only incapacitated for 30 seconds, while players can at most get restrained (until the grabby zombie is incapacitated); there is no player elimination. While you do get some scares by having zombies pop out of nowhere to snatch your ankles, I can’t say it’s suspenseful beyond that.
But while I didn’t care much for the Zombie Experience, I did try normal laser tag two years ago and still have fond memories of it. I tried it both with eliminations and respawns, and with this format I had a blast. It’s exhausting, sometimes you’re not 100% sure why you miss (is it because of bad aim or the perception of an inaccurate weapon?), but it’s fun playing with and against friends. I’d even prefer this over paintball since you don’t have to worry about injuries, paint, and outdoor summer weather.
I’d like to return here in the future, but will stay away from the Zombie Experience. That being said it looks like Zombie Lasertag combines the thematic advantages of the Experience with the gameplay advantages of the normal one, so maybe I’ll try that next time around.

Came here for a birthday event. First impressions of the place, located in an industrial area, which makes parking during non-​working hours extremely easy, tons of street parking on the main road and side roads. Upon walking in, the place smells pretty bad, a lot of BO. The air conditioning didn’t seem like it was on so I was sweating before we even started playing. I was just sitting there in a T-​shirt and shorts. Check-​in was half an hour before actual game play which allows everyone to get together. There is an arcade area right when you walk in but a lot of the machines were out of order. The air hockey table didn’t seem to have much air on it.
We then proceeded to the game play area where we received instructions from one of the employees. He went over all of the games pretty fast, gave us our gear and led us through a quick tour of the field. There were some issues during play. During the second round, the play had started but the employees didn’t give either team the bomb so we just assumed the other team had it and started playing. A minute into play, they hand us the bomb which caused some confusion. And during the last round which was a 15 minute free for all, the system was supposedly lagging which means it was frozen. Nothing was being recorded on the screen so they had to reset the game so only the last 10 minutes of play counted for score.
They give you time to rest in between games. They also sell water by the front desk which is kept in a refrigerator which they don’t turn on since all the waters and the fridge itself was room temperature. Water is $ 1 each for the big bottles and 2 for $ 1 for the little bottles. One of the sinks in the women’s restroom doesn’t work and there were no paper towels.

Archery tag! I never knew this kind of facility existed. I’m a huge Hunger Games nerd, so this was exciting for me — oh to be Katniss for a day!
How could shooting bows and arrows with your friends not be an awesome time?! Archery Tag is like dodge ball, except players shoot foam-​tipped arrows at each other using cross bows. Before the game starts, you can practice shooting near the archery range, with an instructor explaining how to properly use a bow and arrow. Then you’re on your own for battle in the archery field. Our instructor Jacque was so fun and awesome.
Individual pricing starts at $ 25 per player for a session that lasts 90 minutes. You can have up to 12 players on the archery field at a time (6 vs 6).
If you’re looking for an adrenaline-​pumping and athletic activity to do with your friends, Indoor Extreme Sports is a must. This is an awesome event to share with competitive friends who don’t mind getting a workout! If you normally do squats or suicides regularly, be prepared to be extremely sore after.
