Established in 2008.

SPACE Gallery established in 2008 is a fine art gallery that branched out of the real estate company SPACE Realty Group. The owners, Richard C. Madrid and Steffan O. Partridge, being admires of art and passionate about watching their Dutch Kills community flourish, it is no surprise that they decided to take on the role.

Bringing the arts to L.I.C., Richard C. Madrid along with Steffan O. Partridge are the founders of SPACE Gallery. Both are admirers of art and passionate about watching their Dutch Kills neighborhood flourish. Founded in 2008, SPACE Gallery invites emerging and established artists around New York City to exhibit their work in this space that also doubles as a real estate office.
