Todd A. Spodek is the managing attorney at Spodek Law Group P.C. Mr. Spodek’s medicaid fraud team represents recipients and providers in medicaid fraud investigations with the Brueau of Fraud Investigation («BFI») and the Human Resources Adminstration («HRA») as well as in civil lawsuits brought by New York City and criminal investigations brought by District Attorney’s office and by the US Attorney’s Office.

Since 1976, our firm has represented thousands of clients who are subject to civil and criminal fraudinvestigations. Our in depth knowledge of the medicaid and food stamp rules and regulations along with the experience of representing clients at all levels allows us to obtain unparalleled results for our clients.
