Toscano did a great job refinishing our floors. My only reservation is that I wish they had presented in advance the possibility (maybe inevitable) that the floors would not look «factory finish» new. There are very faint ridges in the wood that can’t be leveled unless we redo the whole job – which we won’t. Ask about this before you engage their services.
That said, first of all the floors are beautiful. Second, we could not be more impressed with the customer service. When I questioned those ridges they sent their wonderful workmen back to re-​check and re-​buff the floor, to give it the best finish possible without redoing the whole job. I don’t think it is easy to encounter that kind of respect and service these days.

Toscano installed a beautiful new wood floor in my home. From the start, the salesman was very informative and even offered to show me more samples when I was undecided about the type of floor I wanted. The installers came in early and worked until late to finish the floor in one day. I highly recommend Toscano. They were efficient and courteous.

I wanted my floors finished before I moved into my new apt. Toscano was very accommodating with my schedule and worked with my building to make sure everything went smoothly. The workers were very careful and helpful. I love my new floor! I will definitely use them for future work.

We hired Toscano Floor Designs, LLC to install new wood floors in our home in April 2015. The flooring options they offered, I can now state, were unmatched and are beautiful. Following the floor installation (we also had an subfloor installed and leveled), we noticed some ‘buckling’ of the wood along the walls which seemed to be spreading.
Toscano’s Project Mgr (we’ll call him ‘M’) stopped by our home on his own time a few weeks following the completion of the job to check on how things were going with the new floor installation. I pointed out our issue and he immediately began measures to remedy the problem. He ordered a new box of wood and scheduled his team to repair. When his team arrived to install, they noticed the problem had begun to spread to other areas of the floor and to properly repair they would require additional wood. ‘M’ was notified by his team and promptly ordered two additional boxes of wood. When the wood order arrived we scheduled installation.
When his team arrived they removed the previously installed flooring and replaced it with new flooring. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. We have confidence that the issue has been addressed.
My initial review of Toscano Floor Designs, LLC was based on the performance/​attitude of the individual employee whom performed the leveling and installation of our wood floor, His actions, I now believe, do not reflect those of Toscano Floor Designs, LLC, their employees or partners.
Throughout the repair, Toscano has proven to us that they stand behind their work! ‘M’ and Co. worked exhaustively to remedy our concerns. We are grateful.

I just want to say that TOSCANO has been refinishing floors in my building for the last 5 years, I live in Florida in the winter but last week a water hose from my dishwasher got loose and damaged my beautiful wood floors… I was devastated, I did not know where to start since I could not travel, my super called Toscano and the whole team helped, Elizabeth from the NY office helped schedule the insurance inspectors, Franklyn the salesperson provided an estimate and even helped me dry out the subfloor… I came home today to find a gorgeous floor !!
Everything was left spotless ! They are the best ! Thank You Toscano, I will recommend you!

Horrible months to get floors installed and than badly done had to scrape and stain new floors 3 times. I have a judgment for $ 5000. They have not paid.
