After spending more than 25 years in Corporate America, I have long believed that no matter what walk of life one comes from, everyone matters and everyone deserves to have the best life possible. Sometimes we simply need a little push to find that destiny or take that first step to making a positive, life altering change.

I have always been interested in Health and Nutrition, even when I wasn’t exactly doing and eating things that were healthy. In 2008, I was given the opportunity to take an early retirement and start over. I knew that it was time for me to follow my true life passion-​studying Herbalism and Complimentary Life Style modalities.

My over 2,000 hours in Herbalism and Nutrition studies have given me the knowledge to make conscientious decisions regarding Holistic Health and Life.
