Wife and I have tried to like this place, but again & again are disappointed. We had our Anniversary Dinner, paid $ 150 plus tip. The after dinner Coffee were made with Powdered Coffee. The apps were bland tasting. Italian Food entrée was the most disappointment. Turco version of these foods were not up to par. Our cake dessert tasted like Duncan Hines cake & frosting. Other times we tried… were the BBQ nights, raw chicken, over cook hamburgers/hotdogs. Fruit is not fresh and flys were everywhere. Needless to say not trying this one again. Other times were for parties/events. Never enough food, food was bland, and they were over-book the place so there was not enough room to walk between the tables… When Rebecca King was there, she tried to make it a great place to eat, but suspect the management did want her brand of quality. Not where I want to spend my hard earned money. Recommend Hawk Point Golf’s food. Pricey but the food matches the high price.

My wife insisted I give it another try for dinner, but had the same result. Went on a Friday, but did not have the BBQ, ordered off the main menu. Let me start with the drinks, I ordered my drink with ice. Did not get ice. Asked a second time for a glass of ice. Never received it. Ordered an appetizer received it with our main course. My main course was no longer available, so I changed the order. Did not get any utensils when we we did receive them they came with a paper towel as the napkin. The steak ordered was tender but did not get a steak knife and no salt and pepper on the table. Was never asked if I wanted a second drink, but that’s ok I wouldn’t order it anyway. The French fries were like potato sticks. They just don’t get it. This could be a great place but seems like they refuse to do what is necessary to bring it to another level. Sorry, but I’m not coming back again.

We really enjoyed Thyme Restaurant at the Architects Golf Club. The atmosphere, food and service were all great! We’ll be back soon.

We have gone to Thursday night ladies night several times, drinks and service is always a little slow. Food has always been good, nice verity of food, wait staff is very knowledgable about the preparation of the menu items. The outdoor patio is awesome with cozy fire pits for some tables if you choose to sit at one. The view is nice, and it’s a great place to go with friends for dinner and drinks We have tried the dinner to go several times, a very reasonable price for a great meal. We have ordered several of the take out meals and with the exception of one meal which was just«ok» all other meals have been excellent. If you don’t want to cook and have a nice quick backup plan for a busy work week night, this is our goto place! Gonna miss this place when we move!

New to the area. I’m use to very good food. Went during the week. After lunchtime, but before dinner. Summer. Place was pretty dead. Front was closed. To get to restaurant you had to walk through the golf gift shop.(Cheesy) A group of women had played a round of golf and were eating in another room. Dining area? I sat at the bar. A few regulars(men) were drinking. Sun was shining. Bar tenders were nice. I’m looking for a replacement cuz I just moved. I need a good ‘meat’ place with great service. I had the filet Mignon. Medium rare. Came with veggies. Had merlot with it. Ordered peanut butter chocolate dessert. I’m use to better mignon, but it was ok. The veggies weren’t impressive, but good. The dessert was very good. I think I want to try this place again, perhaps later in the evening on a Sat or Friday. I’ll keep you posted. TV at the bar kept me from falling asleep.

I really enjoy coming here! I was lucky enough to come across this restaurant/golf club after being invited to a party here. This establishment is clean, well-maintained, tastefully decorated, with awesome service. The food is also fantastic. They have two menus, a bar menu & a formal dinner menu– both have great choices. We recently came for dinner and asked to sit outside(because of the awesome views of the pond and golfcourse) and we were the only ones out there, and it was perfect. The server was prompt, and very informative about their food. I ordered the gnocchi arrabiata w/pesto and buffalo mozzarella, and it was delicious with a kick to it(do not order if you don’t like spicy). My boyfriend ordered the vegetable ravioli in a lemon garlic sauce and it was very tasty. The entrees do not come with soup or salad, but we were given fresh warm bread with a spread of crushed olives & capers in olive oil which was very very good. We also had two cocktails and our bill was just shy of about $ 50… which isn’t bad considering we basically had our own private outdoor dinner.

The views from here are awesome as is the outdoor seating. They have great food and an amazing staff. My only negatives are I wish they had more entrees, better prices on the entrees and that a salad or soup came with the entrees since nothing does.

Was here for a golf outing a two weeks ago. Food was served buffet style. Food tasted good but staff had trouble keeping trays filled. The carving station(beef and turkey) was out of meat so I figured I would go back for beef. Waited 10 minutes and went back and they were basically out again. Pieces coming out from the kitchen were so small they couldn’t properly serve the large group. The beef that I was offered was a small, remaining piece that was 40 – 60 fat to beef. Also, the room was too small for size of the group. Couldn’t walk between table without bumping into seats or having people move. Although food was good, overcrowding made the atmosphere uncomfortable.

My first experience with Thyme, located within the Architects Club golf course, was not that great. The drinks were so completely watered down that they had no taste. At almost $ 10.00 per mixed drink. I was expecting some alcohol in the drink. I noticed that when the bartender would mix the drink, she would load up on ice then shake the hell out of the mixer to get two drinks out of one. The food took ½ hour just to arrive-that was only the starters! The food was also cold and not very palatable. I wrote an email expressing my concerns. I received a reply back and the management wanted to meet with me. I was reluctant since I was worried about being fertilizer for the new putting green because of my complaints. I am only kidding about the last part, but I did decline to meet with management. The second time I went there(only going there because I support a local acoustic trio who plays there), the drinks had lots of alcohol in them and the food was very tasty. I ordered the fries which were crispy and made properly(I am a total french fry snob) and came with a really great creamy onion sauce for dipping. The onion taste in the sauce could be compared to having a «whisper» of onion taste-not overpowering at all. At around $ 6.00 per order, the amount was plentiful. I also ordered 16 wings in typical buffalo sauce. I have to admit that I thought the price was a bit high at $ 14.00 for the wings, but they were full of meat and the sauce was not overly potent and had just the right amount of burn. Overall, Thyme is a bit pretentious and pricey for the area, but the food is well made, tasty and presented clean. For a special event, or just after you won the lottery, it is a great place to go. Oh! And the eye candy is nice too!(as far as the barmaids go)
