I recently concluded a 2-​month process of buying a boat thru IMC. This is my first boat, and I was quite the ‘newbie’ at the process. I can’t say enough at how great it all went. They were patient with my dumb questions, explaining exactly what was needed and when. They accommodated my planning and availability, and allowed my partner and me to stay overnight on several occasions in one of their apartments. They don’t allow pets in the apartments though. The work out of the service dept seems to be top notch — since this is my only experience with them, and they did some basic engine work, I don’t feel that I’m in a position to know how they perform on all facets of boat work. But the quality of what they did was great, even in pointing out some issues that were overlooked. I am completely satisfied with my experience at IMC, and would fully recommend them.
