Established in 1946.

Dominic Rebman opened the doors of Rebman Recreation in 1946. During that time period the opportunity arose in the bowling business and he decided to take the challenge. He had always thought that Lorain needed a recreation and entertainment business. With the help and support of his wife, Mary, they were on their way to becoming owners. He started calling friends, clubs, church groups and any other association to market and advertise and joined bowling industry organizations. One key to his success was keeping the business clean and neat at all times with proper maintenance. The best thing about owning and operating this business for the past 60 plus years is truly the opportunity of making so many friends and customers in the Lorain area. Without the support and hard work of the community and his family –his wife, two sons, two daughters, two grandchildren-​Rebman Recreation would not be the business that it is today. That tradition is being passed on through the family.
