4 Alarm Clocks – JMJ Supply

I ordered an Oregon projection alarm clock on 12-​07-​2015. Plenty of time to have it before Christmas. The email they sent me clearly stated that it would ship in 2 – 3 days. There was no mention of this item being unavailable or back-​ordered or anything like that that would prevent it from being shipped in 2 – 3 days. Ten days later I still have no product or no tracking number indicating that it was shipped. A phone call to them and they assured me they would expedite the process. The email they sent claimed my order should arrive on Friday 12-​18-​2015, yet they still provided no tracking number. Another phone call to them on Monday 12-​21-​2015 and still getting the run-​around. No tracking number, no evidence that they ever tried expediting this order. No assurance that they have any control over delivering on their promises. This is why people sidestep these types of headaches and always go to Amazon.
It is now 6 pm CST and I was assured that a supervisor Mike would phone me within one hour. That was at 11:30 am. Still no contact. No follow up email. No tracking number. Nothing! Please, do yourself a favor and DO NOT order merchandise from this company.

I ordered a Westclox Baby Ben, paying $ 19 plus $ 6 shipping. The clock was a cheap piece of crap made in China. It arrived broken.
