Baldino’s Lock and Key

The only reason this is a two star instead of a one star is because we purchased a set of locks and keys here with a decent experience. That being said, DO NOT call them for emergency services. I called around 7:00 pm because I was locked out of my home. I spoke with a dispatcher who told me it would be $ 198 and the gentleman coming to my house would call shortly with an estimated arrival time. After waiting 40 minutes I decided to call back and see what was happening. I was then told they couldn’t get in contact with the gentleman who was supposed to be coming, and they would call his manager so I should hear from him in a few minutes. I waited, no call. I called dispatch again and they had STILL not contacted him or bothered to tell me what was going on. The sun was setting, my dogs and I were still locked out, and I called a different locksmith that charged $ 175, called 3 minutes after I spoke to their dispatcher, and showed up 25 minutes after that.
Call someone else in an emergency situation when you’re locked out, Baldinos doesn’t show up.

We got mailbox keys copied and a boat key copied. We were very pleased.

The folks here are amazingly helpful and willing to make sure you get exactly what you need — even if that means asking a zillions questions, cancelling /​moving /​changing orders or what. They are very focused on good customer service and customer satisfaction. I’m so grateful to the Baldino’s I ran into in a local business who pointed me to this location when I asked him a question about the Arlington one.
