The Fields at Lorton Station

I lived here for 5 years. I came in under Nick who is the best ever! (Now he’s at Springfield Crossing and I’m looking to follow him there because his work ethics were great!)
There has been new management the past 2+ years and I’ve had minor issues that have been worked out in a timely manner. Nothing big that’s worth pointing out and complaining about.
My biggest issue is that the tenants that moved in after the new management were do not follow all the rules set forth. I just believed it was because the new management wasn’t as aggressive with holding them accountable, but the last few months they have been.
The complex still has its «rachet» moments when the weather is warm. Such as the neighbors across the hall throwing parties and their guest leaving beer bottles on the steps. Or, once and a while late night fights. For the most part this behavior has been recent in the last 2 summers, but again, seems to be getting better.
These apartments were a home for me, and that says a lot coming from me.
The condition of the apartments is great, very clean upon move in.
Lorton Station area is a family friendly area. Very safe. Not really for young singles who like to party unless you don’t mind the drive to DC.
