Alandale is awesome! We utilize them for our home, earthquake and car insurances. Customer service is superb. Everytime we call in to Brittney to make a change, she is friendly, professional and quick. Grateful for our brokers!

Everything is great unless you ask why rates were raised or want to cancel. Then getting through to someone or getting a phone call back is impossible. now I have to pay a penalty for canceling. My rates went up signifacantly more after my car was finally paid off… contacted another insurance group… WAY better price.

Tenesha helped us with auto insurance for our family.
Which includes a 21 year old driver with a brand new car and 2 speeding tickets.
I didn’t think it was possible to find a lower rate than what we were paying. Well, Tenesha did. She worked hard on our quote and we are saving atleast $ 120 a month. She is awesome!

This is the worst experience I have ever had. I hope whom ever reads this stays away!!! I was going to start a policy, found a cheaper one and called back to tell the rep at Joe at Alandale that I changed my mind and wanted to cancel mind you this all happened in a space of ten minutes. He requested proof of current insurance which I have so I provided it. Come to find out my card was charged $ 168. It was never once ever stated to me I would be charged this amount. Never! Then I have to jump through all of these hoops by faxing over proof of insurance. Which at this point is just a waste of my time because I’ve already been charged and provided proof. Now I’m told it can take up to two weeks to get MY money back That NEVER should have been taken anyways. It’s very shady and I feel like I was strong armed by this bully. Please stay away! It will happen to you too because I know I’m not the first person to have something like this happen to me. I am contacting the BBB about this as well.

It isn’t possible for me to like this agency any more than I do. I have been with them for years. As a formers claims employee, I have enough knowledge to make me dangerous. They have NEVER tried to oversell coverage and I appreciate that. Every time I have ever called I have a response within a couple of hours at the absolute most. April, is my account manager and she is awesome.

My parents and I met with Tenesha to sign a new insurance agreement. Tenesha was so patient with all of us. My parents like to know everything about so Tenesha printed out so many scenarios for us to see what the best coverage for me would be. We ended up leaving and not signing anything. But after going though everything with my parents the best option was provided to us by Tenesha.
I’ll be contacting her tomorrow to get the paperwork finished. I’m so glad that we came across her.

So my review is on my over all experience that I’ve received from alendale. It’s been wonderful!
My agent Shannon hasn’t has too much interaction with me (which I’m sure is actually a good thing) but getting me all started up was a breeze and she was clear on exactly what was due, when and how I could pay my bill.
Recently, unfortunately I got into an accident and my car was deemed a total loss which was a total bummer. Well, silly me couldn’t find my agents number when the actual incident occurred so I called customer service and talked to April. She was extremely helpful and went, i felt, above and beyond what I was actually asking of her. She explained to me the steps to take in getting my situation figured out, told me step by step what procedures they were going to take on their part to get my car fixed, as well as asking me with real concern if everything was ok with me. She made me feel like she actually cared what was going on with my situation rather than just a customer service rep doing her job and reading a script.
After I took care of all my claims a short time after I got a call from Mark who helped me get all my financial stuff in order. He made everything crystal clear and to the point. He didnt use all these legal terms or jibber jabber that no one can ever understand. More importantly he actually took TIME to ask if I had any questions and I didn’t feel like he was bothered when I did.
I received a call from Shannon earlier today checking up about my car situation and I actually haven’t returned her phone call but hopefully she’ll understand and forgive me when I actually do if she sees that Im giving her good kudos on here.
Long story short, I feel like alendale takes pride in hiring good quality employees who actually care about you and your situation what ever it may be. Keep up the good work and you’ll keep me around!

My review is on the customer service that I received this morning from Rhonda Perez.
I was quite grumpy because I had to start my Saturday off with a phone call to make changes on my policy, which I KNEW was going to be time consuming. But Rhonda was so pleasant, kind and effective! She maintained a calm demeanor, regardless of mine, and it calmed me! Rhonda is a great agent!!! I appreciate her, and you should too!!! Yes, Alandale can use my comments for promotional purposes
