Receptionist– 2⁄5 (friendly with the men, not me).
EMG Tech– 5⁄5 explained everything in detail before she did anything, and why. Even expressed how it feels to different patients. aka, she’s amazing.
Dr. 4⁄5 Sorry Doc, I had to remove a star for how bad it hurt me. I have no way of knowing if it should or shouldn’t feel like it did. I wasn’t prepared for the pain it caused me. Otherwise, he’s friendly (bedside manners a 5+), smiles (this reassures a patient), he warns you prior to needle stick.
