Express Results Boot Camp

Just finished my 1^st week going into my 2^nd week. I love it and I’m so happy I got off my butt and did something for myself! Everyone in the class is so welcoming and encouraging. I love that its a group setting yet the trainer still keeps tabs on everyone to make sure they are doing it right and giving you that extra push! I was amazed after all the research i did on this place to see the owner Thomas Tadlock to be there and wanting to invest in each and every one of the people in the class and really care about helping each person get to the next step in being healthy and fit. I would have though he would have been to «hollywood» lol. He knows what hes talking about and I cant wait for amazing results! I go to the 8am class and hope to see you there!

This bootcamp will kick your butt! It’s fast paced, fun, and challenging. I love it. Come join the 6am class. Lots of nice people there and the staffs are awesome!

As I write this review on Jan 31, 2012 I am proud to say Feb 1, 2011 will my my 1 year anniversary attending boot camp 5 days a week. After only 4 months later I am 25 pounds lighter and from a 12 to a 6 ! Scared that I would kill me, where is only made me stronger and more fit. Sunny is AmAzInG ! Helpful, encouraging and will help you acheive what you want ! You will want to work harder so they will be proud ! I love boot camp and tell everyone about it. It is great for all fitness levels you have to start somewhere and the sky is the limit if you want it. Try it for a week for free it will be the best decision in your life ! I am glad I did it !

Patrick and Sunny are AMAZING! They are very passionate about what they do and it shows. I really enjoy the class and the people. Thanks to Patrick and Sunny I’ve lost tons of weight and inches. They give me the push and determination I need to reach my goals. I can see my perfect body just around the corner and it’s all because of them. I’ve been a member since June 2011 and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. I always leave class feeling great and energetic. As another Unilocaler had mention, I have tried other boot camps before and this is the only one I’ve stuck with.

I have tried different boot camps and this by far is my favorite! This is the only one where I always want to come back! I was afraid I was going to be intimidated at first, but Sunny the instructor is very supportive, positive, and patient. In addition, all the attendees are very helpful as everyone is all in the same boat. I like the music and activities and no two days are alike which keeps everything fresh and challenging. You definitely can work at your own pace but Sunny always encourages you to push yourself. I like that it is indoors so that whether rain or shine, you can do it. Much funner and more motivating than the gym grind!

Started Thomas’ bootcamp last week. My best friend Christina has been to several bootcamps and she convinced me to come with her. I was very scared because I have never been to a bootcamp and I have heard they are almost near impossible for someone who isn’t in shape. I just had a baby 3 months ago and have an injured back. As you can imagine, I went the first day sceptical, thinking I wouldn’t physically be able to return a second day. Boy was I wrong! The coaches helped me modify some of the workouts so my back wasn’t aggrevated… I wasn’t able to keep up with most of the class but the coaches were very encouraging and I gave it all I had. The 4^th day of camp, I weighed myself and I had already lost 4 pounds!!! I am on my second week of bootcamp and I AM. ADDICTED!!! I have more energy than I have had in years and with 4 kids at home I need all the energy I can get. I have lost 3 inches in my waist already… I can not wait to see what the next 3 weeks will do for me. physically!!! I’ve been attending this boot camp just shy of six months and in doing so had dropped several pants sizes. I’ve never been one for the gym, but I actually enjoy and look forward to this class in the morning. The indoor facility is especially nice as the winter months approach.

When I met Thomas, I was overweight and at my highest weight ever. I felt horrible and my self confidence was lacking. I felt as if I had tried everything. I had tried many different diets, going to the gym, cutting portions, cleanses, and unfortunately I even tried diet pills. My weight was something I constantly thought about, it was very distracting and kept me from achieving my other goals. I thought that I was doing all the right things. I truly believed that I would not be able to get my body back the way it was during my high school years.
When I was first invited to Thomas’s class, I did not know what to expect. As soon as I got there, everyone was so nice and Thomas’ enthusiasm and positivity was so contagious. It instantly felt like an environment I wanted to be in. The class was unlike any workout I had experienced. I thought it was just way too much fun to actually make me lose weight… BUT by 2 ½ months, I had lost 45 lbs! This is the 45lbs I had been trying to lose for over 2 years! I would always lose 10 lbs then gain back 15 in a couple of days. This was an ongoing cycle and I believed I was just unlucky and had bad genes but that was not the case. With Thomas’ guidance, training and eating lots of Raw cruciferous veggies I was able to transform my body and now am thinner than I was in high school. I successfully lost inches everywhere and my fitness level is now the best it’s ever been.
Thomas has been a great inspiration and blessing in my life. I am very thankful and grateful for everything he has taught me. Not only is he one of the best trainers in the world, I am also lucky to call him a friend.
Thomas believed in me and was so confident that I could achieve my dream body that I started believing in myself again and was able to not only lose the weight, but keep it off. I felt so amazing that it drove me to pursue a childhood dream of mine. I went for my dream and am proud to say I am now the current Miss Los Angeles USA in Donald Trump’s Miss California USA pageant.
Thomas’ class is so vital in my life that it has become a large part of my lifestyle. The many benefits I receive from his class are priceless. (And I don’t just mean the results!) :) «
