and i have to pay for parking.

This office is more than ridiculous! After waiting 2 hours to be seen by a doctor who should have retired, I was told they couldn’t help me because I berated a PA who repeatedly mispronounced my medications over the phone to the pharmacy when he should have had the proper training and knowledge to know what he was doing. This is why people are given the wrong medications. If it wasn’t for the pharmacist telling him the proper pronunciation, it could have been disastrous. Even after hearing the proper pronunciation, the PA still mispronounced the medication name. This is not a place I would ever want to return to. This location feels that because you’re unemployed or have no insurance, they can make you sit in the waiting room for hours. They need to staff the office with qualified PA’s and doctors. Just because they give their time freely doesn’t mean they don’t need to be qualified and handle patients in a timely manner.

This office is ridiculous. My friend went in there on December 17^th and they said they would refer him to a specialist. A month came and went and he had to call back and then they said he didn’t fill out the right paper work for the specialist. His fault? I don’t think so… So he went in and completed their form and then the guy behind the desk once again did not put the request through. He had to call yet once again and then they gave him an appointment for the next day. He went in at his appointment time and they told him he WAS NOT on the schedule, but said they would squeeze him in. REALLY???

Open mondays and saturdays offers free medical consultations. The doctors are volunteers and love what they do. Everyone is treated with respect and they try to help solve everyones problem. If they can’t treat you, they will help you find somewhere that can.
