History

Established in 1994.

Nivedita «Saikan» Mathur founded Dazzling Blooms in1994 to «put a smile on everyone’s face», and make the magic of Ikebana available to everyone. She has delighted her corporate clients with stunning lobby entrances and her private clients at their special life moments for over 15 years.

Business Owner

Nivedita «Saikan» Mathur completed her MBA in Marketing from Golden Gate University in 1986. After working in the hi-​tech industry and raising a family she discoveredher passion for Japanese floral art. In early 1990s she began learning the gorgeous craft of Ikebana and floral creations. Nivedita was conferred a teaching degree by the Wafu School of Ikebana in 2005 and given the Japanese name «Saikan.»
