Jerylann Mateo is the quintessential professional. Knowledgeable, helpful, a great communicator and completely on top of all details. She helped my husband and me sell our townhouse in Mountain View for top dollar. Concurrently she helped us find and purchase a new home in Cupertino. We were thrilled with the outcome of both transactions.
I was aware of Jerylann’s outstanding performance for many hears, hearing reports from friends and colleagues who were very happy with her work. I am pleased I can now attest to her abilities first hand.

We met Jerylann through referral from another close colleague of hers. Never having met her, we didn”t know what to expect since we considered Alain Pinel to be a ’boutique realty’. We were concerned they wouldn’t want to work with us ‘regular folks’!
We were so so so wrong. Jerylann was there for us every step of the way. She listened to our needs and wish list. presented a variety of homes and narrowed it down to exactly what we wanted. When we were met with bad behavior by other parties, she was always there to be the buffer between us and the crap they gave us. She had great contacts, was on top of it all — especially the schedule.
Our search was in the SF general area and she was based out of Los Altos. She came up to our area whenever we requested to meet us pretty much wherever we were. During the holidays, while we were in Arizona — she coordinated with us to schedule appraisals, inspections, etc. and she met with folks at our soon-​to-​be-​home every time. She did ALL the work for the seller’s broker on their short sale (who did minimal work, in my opinion). and really pushed the sale through when things got critical.
I truly believe that if it weren’t for Jerylann, we wouldn’t be in our über fantastic home today. Thanks so very much Jerylann. We owe you a lot and are so very glad to have met you!

We started our house hunt at the beginning of 2013. I already knew Jerylann from a business connections group through the Mountain View Chamber of Commerce. I trusted her completely and knew that she would do a great job as our real estate agent. I sure was right!
Jerylann did more than just send us listings that met our criteria. She also followed up by email about specific properties that she thought would be a particularly good fit and offered to show us as many as we would like, both at open houses and just with her. We really appreciated her attention to detail and observations when we would visit a home together. She’s a pro and gives great advice.
At the end of the summer, we found a property that felt like home. We were finally ready to put in our first offer (we were waiting for just the right fit before moving forward with the offer process). She walked us through everything effortlessly. She knows the market so well that she was able to advise us on how much to offer to be competitive but without wasting our money. We ended up being one of the top bids and had to go through a bidding war. She was the best advocate we could have had in this situation. Despite the difficult market situation, we were able to get our home our first time going through the offer process. We credit Jerylann for this success.
Even after we closed, Jerylann stayed in touch with us and helped us find contractors to renovate our home. She even offered to help with ideas for renovations! She cares so much about her clients and it shows through all of her actions. We had talked with other real estate agents in the past and felt uncomfortable. With Jerlyann, we know that she always has our best interest at heart. That’s why she has so much repeat business from past clients. If we ever sell our home and want to move elsewhere, there is no question that we will choose Jerylann again and again!
