The Dailey Method® is a unique combination of ballet barre work, core conditioning, stretching, and orthopedic exercises.

This challenging one-​hour class effectively strengthens, tones and lengthens the entire body. Light weights are utilized to define the upper body while mat and ballet barre work target the thighs, seat and abdominals. After each muscle group is worked, through high repetition using a small range of motion, it is alternately stretched to lengthen the muscles.

History

Established in 2010.

Both the Los Altos and Menlo Park Dailey Method studios are owned by Erin Paruszewski and are a franchise of The Dailey Method. Erin personally completed her Master Instructor certification under Jill Dailey.

«The instructors and I are really excited about the Los Altosstudio,» says Erin. «We provide a great workout, a high level of personal attention, and a fun experience in a class environment.»

A lifelong fitness enthusiast, triathlete, ballet dancer, and 7 time marathoner, Erin continues to see changes to her body due to her Dailey Method workouts. «The class is designed to strengthen and tone people’s bodies and help prevent injury.»
