Locked out super early in the morning heading to work and called urgently, was promised someone would be there within 20 minutes. I live in koreatown also so am close to their listed location. Over an hour later no one has shown up and lady on phone is mad at me for continuing to call and she is giving me attitude and said maybe it was because he needs to get gas?! If hes emergency locksmith working an overnight shift he should have gas and getting gas doesn’t take an hour. No one called to check in or notify and they never apologized once though every minute later is a minute closer to me losing my job which could be potentially avoided if they showed up when they said or told the truth so I could contact someone else in time! Dont waste your time!
