Like the previous reviewer said, the construction on these units is awful. I was told they were built to condo specifications… you can hear every move your upstairs neighbor makes. I have been woken up in the middle of the night because it is so loud. Also maintenance requests take days if not weeks to get a response. I will be moving as soon as my lease is up.

If you are looking for a new apartment, keep on searching. You really don’t want to live here. I do, and while beautiful on the outside, the construction is horrible. Every step the upstairs neighbor makes is heard. This is the complaint by everyone that lives here. Hence, the high turnover. We’ve lived her far to long and will be moving soon. Keep on looking.
