Katie our sales representative policy change her and anything else you can think of did a magnificent job and was very knowledgeable and made me smile laugh and cry all in the same phone call she should deathly be moved up the corporate ladder or enter own office her own corner lot

This is where I originally got my auto insurance many years ago when they were 20^th Century Ins. Now they are 21^st Century, AIG, State Farm???
After they found ME at fault when a car banged into me ON PURPOSE and PAID THEM FOR INJURIES, when they completely wrecked the front of my car… NO SURPRISE, they doubled my premium. Scam artists we pay just so that we can register our cars. Who are they that we are forced to pay them?
I switched to Geico and pay $ 11 less than I was paying at 21^st for IDENTICAL coverage.

I started this review with 1 star and it’s very rare that i often do. I called for Roadside assistance. No problem they are sending someone should be an hour. Received a text at 11:05 truck should there at 11:55. Time passes call again, find out the towing company canceled the pick sending another truck, should be there at 12:50… time passes then get another text 1:22pm… time passes call to find out the status that truck canceled.
So now it’s 3pm in the afternoon and we asked to speak with a supervisor. Please keep in mind each rep on the phone was very respectful, but now I need someone who can override protocol. So we got Bryce on the phone he not only set everything up, he got a tow truck to us in 30mins and paid for everything.
I dropped it 1 stars because of not calling to setup the 2^nd tow truck when it was canceled.

21^st insurance/​Farmers fabricates accidents report to justify their rate hikes and keep you away from their competition. A class lawsuit is being filed in Los Angeles Superior Court. Please message me if your rates went up after a non-​fault accident. Such premium hikes are unfortunately a quite common illegal practice and is very likely based on a frivolous accident report Please provide CLUE report and Accident History report.

Worst company ever as far as customer service, the sales agent lied to me and told me my DMV record was tainted so I will have to pay double for a new police. So the same day I went to the DMV and they told me I have a clean record. When I try to call this company back demanding a explanation for falsely accusing me of spotty record they where extremely rule and didn’t care. If they treat you like this as a potential imagine what it would be like if you get in a car accident and have them as your insurance provider.

Stay away! I would give this company 0 points if I could.
My mother recently died. Her car was covered under 21^st Century. There was a trust. I bought the car from the trust. I have been paying the insurance premiums on the vehicle. Today I called to inquire about whether or not I am covered under the current policy under permissive use, or if I should open up a new policy. There are also damages to the vehicle that are supposed to be covered under the currrent policy. In other words, 21^st is supposed to cover the body work. These questions are nuanced. However, a competent representative should be able to answer these questions and instill confidence into a customer.
Moreover, one would think the company would be eager to get people to open up new automobile policies with them.
Not this company. I spoke to 4 different people. Each time I had to wait 6 minutes for someone to come onto the phone. I lost the first call. The second person I spoke to said she would run my questions past her supervisor and get back to me. She then called and left a vague message, saying that the company had to talk to the executor. I called back trying to locate the second person I spoke to, since her message got cut off. I wound up speaking to two other people who could not competently answer my questions.
I called back and asked for a supervisor. When the person got on the phone I asked if she was a supervisor. She would not answer. She just kept saying you called, how can I help you. Then she said, you asked for a «higher up.» It really did seem like she was being deliberately difficult. I told her as much.
Cut to the chase. I have been paying the premiums on my mother’s car for the last few months. The executer has not. I am getting title to the vehicle transferred into my name. This woman refused to talk to me and told that the person who answered my questions earlier went against policy. That I have no rights on the policy. That it is my mother’s policy, and my mother is dead.
I told this woman since she is refusing to answer basic questions, and since she seemed to be saying that I am not covered, then I want the money back that I spent paying the premiums on the policy. I also explained that the executor is not paying the premiums, and, the car is NOT in her possession. Her response was third parties can pay the premiums, but that does not mean we have rights on the policy. I asked her again how I can get my money refunded. She then threatened to hang up the phone on me.
I asked her if she really wanted me to go to small claims to get my money back.
I was ready to pull my hair out after this experience. I must have spent 45 minutes between all of the calls I made to 21^st Centry trying to get answers to basic questions. I talked to 4 different people. They were either incompetent, or refused to answer basic questions. But they had no problem keeping my money.
