Management does not completely secure the garage even after a break-​in and they don’t accept culpability. I would avoid this place if you are concerned about security, as they state, ‘Our garage is not considered secure’, even though they have a gated garage and locked doors. Even after things have been stolen from the garage a second time from THE SAME THIEF, they state, ”If a thief wants to get in, he’ll find a way.” Real compassion over here at 3333 Motor Avenue Apartments.
Management didn’t acknowledge the true source of the break-​ins (which is having mesh doors easily able to be cut into with a wire cutter). Instead they have a crappy, insufficient plate which is meant to ‘deter’ criminals.
