Lady who attends as a cashier is mean to customers… She would be happier as correctional officer. She likes to yell and do sarcasms. Avoid this place when she is in charge. Her name starts with J…

7-Eleven employees are shaking down customers for tips from Lotto winnings ! (NIght time guys, not the nice women in the day)
Be careful of buying lottery tickets at 7-Eleven located on Sunset Blvd. & Curson in Hollywood California. There are male employees who bully and threaten women customers asking for tips from winning Lotto tickets – and when they speak out, they’re retaliated against you. When you tell the 7-Eleven owner, he’ll do nothing to address the problem, he won’t even call you back. 7-Eleven has signs in all their stores telling you to call If you have concerns. It say’s «HOWCANWESERVEYOUBETTER?». When the store owner finds out you called the Corp office they will ban you from the store. The manager told me I was being banned for complaining to the Corp office. California Lottery say’s it’s against the law for 7-Eleven employees to ask for tips! «WHATEVERYOUDO!, DON’T CALLCUSTOMERSSERVICE, AT1800−255−0711, THEYWILLNOTHELPYOU! 7-Eleven doesn’t even follow their own code of ethics from their web site, see below. The National Coalition member believes in the fair and honest treatment of customers, employees and vendors, and in giving understanding to their interests and concerns. I will forward this around and let people know how you and your Franchisee treat customers. CJ

Beware: Parking Troll. If you decide to come here know that there is a less than 3minute parking limit. I wash waiting in the passenger side as friend went in to buy snacks when this Troll started telling me to hurry up. I wasn’t too sure what he was referring to. Troll then started picking a fight with me. Crazy Troll.

this man told my friend to move right now shes disabled with a disabled child who had a seuzure. I bought 25 worth of food. my last purchase was 14 mins after he told me to move in a rude way. my sister’s son vomited due to chemotherapy and seizures as well. we were cleaning the car from vomit bought 25 worth of food there during the last 15mins… he told us in a rude way it was 30 mins. proceeded to insult my friend in racial slurs go back to Mexico and called her names… we fought back with name calling. but for him to do it being a manager is unacceptable and discrimination against 2 disabled people with a placard even after purchases. in less than 30 minutes… we parked told him her son was nauseus and theirs surveillance tape of her son vomiting 1 hr prior. which I got him gatoraide from the store to hydrate. then bought more food 15mins before the incidents. I will pursue to sue 711 if no corrective action is taken

This is a great 7 – 11. Made better because the manager is such a stand-up guy. He’s always so friendly and if you say you want something they don’t have, he’ll try to get it for you. I always feel safe here no matter what time of day because the management here is top notch. And the store is always well stocked and clean. The store manager makes the difference at this location. Only 4 stars because parking is a pain. But other than that, a great representation of the chain — largely due to management.

I’m giving a 4-star review to a 7-Eleven… And I don’t even drink slushies. But the manager(I assume he is anyway) of this place goes above and beyond for his regular customers. I like a kind of wine they don’t normally stock. He made sure to get a few bottles for me and keep them CHILLED in the back so on one else can get to them. I mean, who does that?! I love this guy. Sometimes, there are some dodgy characters hanging out in the parking lot or even inside(look, it’s the Sunset Strip — that’s gonna happen), and this same gentleman is the one that takes care that order is maintained and that customers feel safe while at the same time, being kind and respectful to those that are down on their luck and FIRM and tough with those that are downright crazy. Parking is limited here but it’s possible. I like coming here just to say«Hi» to my guys… and to stare in wonder at those fried Dorito-hybrid things in the hot food display. What the hell are those?

It’s a 7-eleven. The people are friendly, the prices are decent, there isn’t much else to say.

Unusually good 7 – 11 Best in the area by a long shot. This place has had the same 4 – 5 staff members for at least 5 years. I don’t know how the owner avoids the typical employee turnover but it really shows. Even when the store is busy the line is always fast and efficient. Once in a while the parking lot is full. That is the only complaint. Gotham, Duke, Jenna, the whole team are consummate professionals that take 7 – 11 clerking seriously and perform consistently at the highest level. I admire people that take pride in their work and do the best job they can. Good spot.

I’ve been coming to this location for years. In fact, I’ll go out of my way to come here. Paloma, Janet and Duke are just three of the people who make this place as great as it is. As busy as they get, they’ll always go out of their way to ask how you’re doing. Always a smile and true dedication to their work. Also, 7-Eleven coffee is the best in the world. This is just my opinion, but do you really need anyone else’s?!

I had to write a review on this spot because the cashier here was such a friendly person. She treated everyone kindly and was helpful. Even with the rush chaos.
