History

Established in 2010.

What started off as a food/​travel blog has grown and expanded into a boutique catering company. Chef Jessie is known for her use of fresh, local ingredients, bold flavors and attention to detail. «Flavors in Harmony.»

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Classically trained Chef and culinary traveler, Jessie LeVasseur, was born with a mixing spoon in her hand and a bug for adventure in her bones. Raised in both California’s San Fernando Valley and Franklin, TN just outside of Nashville, Chef Jessie has long held a passion for creating food that is simple yet bold with a perfect balance of flavors, believing food should always be prepared with the freshest ingredients. She has been cooking professionally for ten years racking up experience in both Nashville and Los Angeles including working as a Sous Chef at an Italian restaurant as well as catering notable events such as the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival in Manchester, TN for Senior Practicum and the 2014 Pasadena Showcase Home with Tastebuds Culinary Inc. Her culinary training includes an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts from The Art Institute of California-​Los Angeles and Bachelors of Science in Culinary management from The Art Institute of Tennessee-​Nashville.
