So it was a Sunday, my room mate had lost her keyless gizmo needed to push the car button to start the ignition. As you can see I’m not very savvy on all this. In any event, she was in a panic. How does she get into her car, start it. Presto we called this fellow. he was out within a half hour and within an hour my roomie was on the road. This guy is a magiician

Yoav is a friendly, reliable and REASONABLE locksmith who has helped me on more than one occasion. I found him through Unilocal a few weeks ago when I lost my only car key on a Friday night!
Knowing many locksmiths would take advantage of my desperate situation, I called several locksmiths and decided to go with Yoav after our phone conversation. He came out to my apartment and made me a new master key quickly and for a very good price! I found my old key recently and had him reprogram it yesterday, so now I’m all set with keys!

Drive by service with a smile. Nothing he can’t figure out! I had an abnormal issue with a car key. The hook was broken and I was unable to attach to my key ring. He was very innovative and drilled a small hole in the key and attached a key ring! I had no idea how I was going to fix the issue aside from paying Land Rover $ 250 for another key! He saved me so much money and time. 5 min in and out. I’d recommend everyone go to him for your key needs. He literally made magic happen for me!

These guys know what they’re doing and and do it with a smile :) Yoav was a professional and had fairly quoted me. He said a tech would be there at 9:30, and the tech got there at 9:29. Eddy was my super hero for the night — It took him a whole 3 minutes to got me back in my home.

Both keys for my 2002 Honda Civic stopped working this morning. In some way I got luck because it is Sunday, and I didn’t have to get to work.
Yoav came over quickly, and made 2 new keys that work perfectly! He had all the necessary electronic programming equipment right in his van. Super convenient!

I locked myself out of my office and Eddie came within 30 min to change the key combo on our door. The job was reasonably priced and Eddie was done in 15 min. Eddie was super friendly, he even gave me duplicate keys.

Eddie saved me so many tears he was so nice and didn’t overcharge me and smiled and made getting locked out so much less horrible than it could have been. I called he showed up in the time he said he would, he went out of his way not to drill the lock, and was just great.

I was calling around to find a locksmith that can make a copy of my car key. I called the dealership and a few locksmiths to compare prices. A1 Locksmith was less than everyone else and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Yoav took my key, cut a cut a copy and programmed it to the car without any problem. I will definitely come back again when I need keys made.
The shop is a small kiosk on Third St. in the Kmart parking lot. I mention it because you might not know where to find him. He also has a mobile service as well.

Definitely recommend this place! I got a duplicate key for my 2007 Honda CRV, which needed to be programmed in order to start my car. Yoav was surprisingly friendly and very helpful!
Be forewarned that this is a small, questionable-​looking kiosk in the Kmart parking lot. Yoav has a van that he works out of, which was unexpected, but hey. I got a duplicate key for $ 95, the cheapest price around. The Honda dealership wanted to charge me almost twice that much so I’m not complaining! Thanks Yoav!

Great service, great attitude.
I called around to get quotes for a key for my gen3 Prius and he had the best price in the neighborhood. I also noticed the Unilocal deal but the fine print said not available in combination with any other deal. I suspected the price he quoted me was already discounted so I didn’t purchase the deal.
When I showed up he was all smiles and had the key as promised for the price as promised. When I mentioned the deal, he confirmed that the price he quoted me was already discounted so it wasn’t eligible for the Unilocal deal. That was fine with me.
It took him a few minutes to program the key fob and then he cut the manual key while I drove to an ATM to get cash. The key was ready by the time I got back, and everything worked flawlessly. I will definitely keep him in mind next time I need a locksmith.
And yes, he only accepts cash.

Prompt service, really friendly, trustworthy, helpful, kind. Replaced all of my locks after my purse was stolen and even busted open my paint stuck door and made sure all my ancient door knobs were lubed up for easier unlocking.
Yoav really went above and beyond.
Feeling safe in your home after someone steals your life is priceless.
It was definitely not bargain-​priced locksmithing — you might want to get a quote, but If I ever need a locksmith again, this is who I’ll call. Worth it.
