Wow what an experience! These guys were fast, gave me a quick appointment, were punctual, came early, arrived professionally, finished quickly, gave a fair estimate, and made my rims look sparkling and brand-​new. What more could I ask for? Do not pay over inflated dealer prices when these guys will give you a fair value and will leave you wanting to tip them because of what a good job they did. Thank you!

Twice burned.
Based upon reliability alone I cannot recommend the service. Twice scheduled, twice a no show. I will find a store front shop and take the car in for work.

It is not an accident that these guys have the rating they do on Unilocal.This is service and professionalism of the highest level in any category of business. I messaged on Unilocal way past business hours last night about my poor wheel that was scraped very badly by the dreadful combo of a jerk valet and an unforgiving curb.
Rafi got back to me in the blink of an eye. He asked me to text him some photos. He was super quick and communicative. He was also honest and upfront. He told me that my wheels are machine finished and to really repair them «properly» they should be done on a CNC Machine. He also told me that he could take a crack at it which would be far more affordable and easier (faster) to do, but that there was a slight chance I would not be 100% happy. He said 9 out of 10 customers would be satisfied with this as a solution, but he asked me a series of simple questions to give me the information I needed to make an informed decision.
I decided to go ahead and trust to him to take a crack at the wheel. He gave me a price and a turnaround time. I asked if he could come sooner because it’s a brand new car and I’m leaving town next week. I really want to enjoy it for the weekend without wanting to cry looking at my jacked up wheel. He got back to me and fit me in same day!
He showed up on time (actually early) and I asked him to please wait for me as I was running a little late. He told me forty minutes to an hour to fix it and he took less than a half hour to do the job. My wheel looks PERFECT. I dare anyone to look at it and tell me it’s not perfect.
Rafi was genuinely thrilled that I was so happy and relieved that my wheel was fixed and I could tell that he takes great pride in doing what he does. And he should. I went from having a brand new car that i was so excited about – to being heartbroken that it got messed up so quickly and so badly – back to being ecstatic about my perfect new car that had been restored – all in a 12 hour time period. That’s incredible service. Highest marks for this company. I will recommend them to anyone in this situation. My experience could not have been more positive.

I was referred to this place by a friend and I’m beyond satisfied. I texted them images of my wheels and they replied right away with a very reasonable quote and they offered to come to my work or my home on a Saturday morning. This was so convenient, especially for a female, I hate going to body shops lol. I have machined wheels and I was told that once they fixed it, the finish would not be identical, but that it would look much better. I went ahead with the repair and it looks perfect, not just «much better.» No one would even notice the difference. They were in and out in 1.5 hours and I have basically brand new wheels. I will be referring anyone who needs their wheels repaired to this place. They did an amazing job and made it so easy. I’ve posted before and after pictures as well. Thank you guys so much.

I’m normally not one to write reviews but this experience was so satisfying that I have to thank Raffi for his professionalism and kindness. First of all, he arrived at my location early and was so accommodating that I actually felt bad. His professionalism is A plus and he work is amazing! It makes a difference when someone truly knows their business and stands behind his work one hundred and ten percent.

Raffi is a total godsend. He travels to the client’s location, is pleasant, businesslike, fair and REALLY good at his job. I take very good care of my car and cannot tolerate curb rash, it’s a form of vandalism. I really wanted to get rid of it quickly before leaving on vacation. Raffi was very accommodating, moving his schedule around and he was even early for his appointment. Now I cannot see where the curb rash once was, it’s gone, vanished. Superb job. I recommend Ace Auto to anyone, anywhere in L.A. who takes pride in his car and wants blemishes dealt with expertly and for a fair price.

Raffi is a magician! He came to my office and repaired my curbed wheel within a half hour. Paint color matches perfectly. If i’m ever an idiot and curb my wheel again, I know who to call.

I really want to express my satisfaction of being customer of Ace Wheel Repair technicians. First of all, they reply very fast. I send a Unilocal quote at 7am. They replied me in 15 min regarding my request of repair curb rash. They text me and ask me for a photo of the wheel. And they replied me back the cost. Then I ask them if they could make it to my office to fix it in same day. They were trying their best to fit my appointment in same day. Instead, they were able to do it on next day morning. They were really good in response.
They text me 40 min before they are driving to my home. It took them about 45 min to get it done. The outcome is awesome. Exceeded my expectations.

Last week I got a little careless and got too tight into a right hand turn and kissed the passenger rear rim against the curb. Fuck!
