If I could give this place NOSTARS… I would. So I called the place to inquire about a specific toner I needed for my printer and was told that they had it in their inventory and it costs $ 35. I thought great, I’ll check this place out. I braved the Downtown L.A. traffic, the night of a Laker game and during rush hour. The parking lot in the back was full so I just decided to risk it and park my car in the alley next to the store. I walk in and it takes a few minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me and finally I talk to a guy that I am almost positive I talked to on the phone and asked him about the toner I wanted to purchase. He gives me a perplexed look and searches his system — he finds that they don’t have it in stock and tells accordingly. He then tells me, whoever I talked to must have thought I said«36A» instead of «26A.» I asked him if there was even a HP36A toner and he says«no.» So then why in the world would they think I said 36A and tell me they have it in stock for $ 35!!! All in all — the trip to this place was a complete waste of time thanks to their inconsiderate representatives who provided me incorrect information. Thanks for nothing guys!
