Moses is co-founder and principal of Adaptive Realty. Prior to founding Adaptive Realty, Moses co-founded and led Better Dwellings LLC, a multi-family investment vehicle which acquired and re-positioned 13 Los Angeles properties between December 2008 and February 2012. Prior to founding Better Dwellings, Moses worked as an investment banker at LongAcre Partners in London (since acquired by Jefferies). Moses received a B.A. magna cum laude from Princeton University and an M.A. from The London School of Economics. He is a licensed real estate broker and a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Real Estate and Construction Cabinet of the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles. Moses is a widely-cited authority on rents in gentrifying neighborhoods in Los Angeles and blogs regularly at Kagansblog.com.
