Aircare was founded in November 1993 by its owner and current president, Randy Lazar. Mr. Lazar has been in healthcare for over 29 years, both as a clinical Respiratory Therapist and as an administrator of Respiratory Services at various hospitals in the Greater Los Angeles area. We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and are nationally accredited by ACHC (Accreditation Commission for Health Care)

Originally from Milwaukee, Mr. Lazar has spent the majority of his life right here in Southern California. After becoming a Registered Respiratory Therapist and manager at several hospitals in the Los Angeles area for 17 years ensuring optimal patient care. In 1993 Aircare was born with the philosophy of superior products, superior personalized service with an emphasis on education.

Terrible customer service. They never call back, despite repeated messages, and they sent the wrong order in spite of carefully explaining what I needed. It was easier to keep the wrong order than try to deal with their customer service about returning it. Next time I’ll order directly with a true mail order company-​a local company doesn’t have any advantage and I think it will be cheaper.

I used AirCare for my cpap and parts for a number of years and was extremely satisfied with the service and help they gave me. Now that they were underbid on the government medicare account I have a new supplier, Lxxxxxx. The new provider isn’t even close to providing the service and help that AirCare provided. Wish the government would think again about using AirCare. Don’t know how the bidding system works but AirCare would be my choice but I’m just a lowly citizen and not a politician so I don/​t count.

Great experience getting my mothers CPAP device from here. The employees we dealt with were helpful and answered all our questions. They accept insurance unlike most of the other companies we contacted. We spoke with two other companies that said they took insurance also but found out the difference between being in network and honoring in insurance network pricing (unless company is in network cost doesn’t count towards your deductible). Thanks for clarifying the difference and saving me tons of money. They definitely get a big thumbs up!
