Alben Jewelry

I met Alben at the Rosemont Jewlery and Fashion expo and while Ben was very nice and gave us a great price ultimately the quality and service were lacking.
We bought channel set diamond wedding bands and in less than two years my husbands is cracked and I lost a diamond from mine.
I send the bands in a little over a year after we bought them to try and have the loose stones addressed and the cracked fixed but when I got them back the crack was still there and my jeweler at Kay’s showed me the loose stones.
While the gentleman I talked to about the lost diamond told me to send it in and they would fix it they couldn’t give me a price estimate. He said they would work with me but after all is said and done I just do not trust sending my ring in to have it «fixed.»
The affordable price was NOT worth the disappointment of my husband and my WEDDING band falling apart after a year and half.
For other jewelry they may be great but my recommendation would be to stay away for bridal/​wedding jewelry.
