I was referred to Alex Tailor by a friend who used to use the same tailor I used for years. I decided to give Alex a try and I have been very happy. It’ a small shop and they are closed on Sunday. It can be hard to find and parking can be an issue but he is very well worth it. He’s done everything from simple pant hems to tearing an entire suit apart and rebuilding it. His prices are very reasonable and will work with you to get it returned to you on the same day if you need it.

Plan ahead– CASH Only — It is WORTH it though!
I took some pants to be hem to petite size with certain measurement and they came out extremely well. I cannot wait to continue doing biz with Alex Tailor. I was very pleased with their sewing technique and they offer a one hour service on certain alterations. Although I was in no rush on getting them the same day.
I’ve finally found a trustworthy place to have my clothes alter!

A great hole in the wall tailor! One of the hardest things to find if you’re trying your best to look nice and classy is a tailor who not only knows what the hell he’s doing but is knowledgeable in his craft and won’t rip you off; this place is it, at least for me.
Hidden two doors down from J Valintin Collection inside an entrance to an apartment complex way in the back is a sign for Alex Tailor Shop. The only downfall if you’re a credit card user is that they don’t accept it. But seriously, if you’re looking for that one person to do tour clothes you should really carry cash. You wouldn’t take a cab without pocket change would you?
What I love most about this place isn’t just the accuracy of his handiwork but his honesty upon completion and speediness to get it out of the way.

I had a complete suit altered from a 38R to 36S in one day along with alterations for the length of the slack from 30×36 to 30×30!
Please give Alex Tailor Shop a try with one of your clothes if you need altered because this place deserves it all. And don’t forget extra cash to tip!
