What a horrible place. The lady working here owner is the worst. Did horrible repairs on me and my wife’s stereo. Speaker installation stopped working. They charge you even when their installation work is shoddy. Spoke in Spanish obscenities when I refused to be charged after the third time I come back to fix their bad stereo install mickey mouse jobs. They argue and lie and blame everything on the product in an attempt to sell you a new product. Their level of skill is very short and customer service is non existent. They will pretend to not understand English at their convenience and talk about you in spanish. My wife speaks spanishand heard every word. Stay away.

Worst service! Marcos was helpful but the old lady was telling me to go somewhere else because I was looking up on the net for the XO Vision NAV system and found it $ 400 cheaper. I think she knew that I would. I have been in customer service more than 15 years and I would not get rid of business that way!

This is a great place if you are looking to get your windows tinted. I shopped around a bit and decided to try this place based off price and a friend’s recommendation. GLAD I came here! There was a bit of a wait but I took that as a good sign since most customers seemed to be repeat customers. Staff is very friendly which made time fly. It’s been two months and my tint is holding up fabulously! This is now my go to!

Omg this place is awesome! Don’t let the location fool you! Super professional and clean! Took my Tacoma 4 runner to get tint and they did a FABULOUS job! The store owner is very nice she was always making sure the workers were careful handling my truck! I I even got my truck vacuumed! So far the tint quality has been great no issues.

Went in to get my window fixed because it wouldn’t roll up anymore. I came to Alley Sounds on a recommendation through a friend. They found out that the problem was that the window glass didn’t have enough lubrication to move up and down. I wish I had brought my car here first because I originally took my car to another location a few weeks before and they charged me $ 300 to replace the window motor. They overcharged me and gave me a cheap part, not an original. This place only charged me $ 20, showed me the cheap window motor (compared to an original window motor), and gave me a can of glass lube. Really honest people. Coming back again to get stereos and speakers.

Came here for window tinting after looking around at a few other shops. I decided on this shop because of the quality of the tint paper and the shop owner (Edith) was really nice and helpful. I waited about 30 minutes for the job to get done. Really happy with my tint job and it came with warranty which is pretty cool. No other shop had that. I am bringing my car in a week to get a new stereo installed. I highly recommend this place!
