Came in to get an insurance quote, beat every competitor I’ve gotten plus saved over $ 50 a month on my current policy with Mercury. Love the friendliness and vibe from this place. Very knowledgable was huge for me. Thanks again for the great service!

He is very helpful… WHEN YOURE THERE IN PERSON. if not then goooooddddluck trying to get a hold of him. He doesnt return phone calls, emails, his assistants wont either. Like i said, in person they are very helpful and will make everything sound nice and dandy. But we dont always have time to go in person, and over the phone is almost impossible to get any answers. My bf and i have been with him for years and sadly i think we will have to move to a different company …

Carlos has been my insurance agent for nearly a year, but I just recently met him and he’s awesome!
I got my renters insurance policy online through
and paid directly through the main website. A week or so later I got a call from Carlos who introduced himself as my agent, told me where his office was, and invited me to come by any time to talk or ask any questions that I had. I have never had this type of service from any insurance company I have done business with and I though that there must be something different about this agent.
Fast forward almost one year and I’m now engaged and in need of extra insurance for my ring. I called Allstate to get a quote and faxed some info to the main fax number. I didn’t hear back from them so I gave Carlos a call and he told me that he had my info in his office. I had to go down to his office to have photos of my ring taken and get the insurance policy details worked out. During our meeting Carlos was super friendly and answered all of our questions about our existing policy and the new one we were signing up for.
Carlos is a great agent, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Im a new customer and my experience with Carlos was amazing. He answered all my questions with answer that I would understand. He even stayed at the office after hours to help me. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend this friendly agent.

Been a customer for the last two years, very impressed with the dedication and time Carlos takes to explain and answer all my queations. He went above and beyond to make sure I had the right coverage. He really cares about his clients and always finds time for you. Don’t be surprised if he calls after normal business hours because he probably will.

I have been with this insurance agent and allstate company for a little under a year I was referred to this insurance agency from a family member. Sense I switched from nationwide I have been the happiest customer. This agency has great customer service and they are very nice. This allstate agency solve my insurance needs both in car and renters insurance. I have had lots of insurance companies through the years but by far this agency and Allstate have been a life savor for me and my family. I would recommend this insurance agency they will help u with anything with insurance or financial planning.

Not good customer service… There’s only 2 people there, so if you walk in there you will be waiting at least an hour… I’ve been a customer with them for many years, but recently changed insurance for that reason.

I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for my insurance needs! I am always in «Good Hands» with Carlos & Julie! Thanks, guys!
