I’ve always wanted a personal trainer, but everyone I’ve contacted was way over my budget. I searched and searched and found Bayo, living in the same building complex, how convenient! I contacted him and started training. He’s very accommodating, motivating and really works your butt off! He’s taught me how to use machines properly and gives me the courage to step out into the gym and use weights with confidence on my own: He also gives you tips on nutrition I never knew about (which is a huge plus).

I have been the type of person that has worked out my whole life. Although I would lose some weight and slightly tone up, I would not see drastic results, such as definition in my arms or abdominal area. (My BMI has always been on the border of normal and overweight.) This changed when I started training with Bayo. I lost 20 pounds in two months by working out three times a week with him and on my own and changing my diet.
He made me realize that in order to see results, I’d have to work out hard and change my lifestyle. He is a coach, not a trainer.

Bayo is AMAZING!!! He really took the time to get to know me and find out what my fitness goals are. The gym is great. Very spacious with wonderful equipment. My training session was througho and tough. I remember saying I can’t sooooo many times but with Bayo’s encouragement and coaching I was able to get the reps complete and it proved to me that my weight loss goals can become a reality. When I began training, I could not even do one crunch or sit-​up. I was even afraid to sit on the ball without help. I was a mess! I was 60 lbs over weight, with an old back injury that I used as my excuse for not working out. The truth was, I sat at a computer 12 to 14 hours a day for work and «ate everything,» throughout the day.
Then, I met Bayo and my world started to change. He treated me so well. He didn’t laugh at me or make me feel bad about my starting condition. He simply met me where I needed to start. I needed to build core muscles, to learn how to balance my weight, and to build my strength and endurance everywhere.
My work schedule was grueling, from 7 am until 8 pm or 9 pm most days. So, he agreed to get up three days a week to work out with at 5:00 am. That’s right, I said 5:00 am! He was consistent, he met me every morning with a smile, soft music and words of wisdom. We talked about my poor eating habits, strategies to reduce my stress levels and daily activities to do between workouts. He made it all seem possible. He never doubted that I could change my body shape. Me, on the other hand, I had lots of doubts. But, his commitment was so genuine, that I felt compelled to give him my best effort. And, boy did it pay off!
For eight months, we worked out three days a week. Even when I would try to skip a day, he would reschedule another day to ensure that I got my three days in per week. Then, it started to happen. I could see «muscles» and I could walk up stairs without getting winded. I could stand up straighter and my back pain went away as my core got stronger. My legs began to take shape and my arms grew «mini» guns! My face trimmed down and my waist melted away. For the first time in over twenty years, my outside (body shape) began to match how I felt, my younger self. I became the sexy woman that I had once been. I was no longer ashamed to tell my friends that I had once been a beauty queen.
My teenage daughter watched silently watched my transition, month after month. Until one day, she asked if she could train with him as well. I was delighted to have her work with him. He taught her about eating tips and exercise habits that would benefit her for a lifetime. She was not over weight but she wanted muscle definition and a smaller waist. She saw dramatic results right away. She, too, is delighted with the training, diet and inspirational talks that Bayo provided. She is now on the right track for life. He was also a wonderful role model for her.
We are both better women today because of his professionalism, dedication, and inspiration.
So, here’s my professional recommendation. The experience was worth every penny and every hour spent. I only wished that I have started years earlier.

Bayo is an amazing trainer. I have been on and off with him for almost 10 months, and even though I took two months off, did not work out at all, and ate almost whatever I wanted, I managed to lose 21 lbs. I’m very happy with my progress and I’m 150% sure I will reach my weight goal pretty soon. He also has a wonderful personality, he’s funny, informative and extremely helpful and responsive. He uses a wide range of different exercises aimed at various target muscles during our work outs and overall, I think he’s one of the best personal trainers anyone can find!

I’m pretty active in general (i.e. enjoy playing basketball, running, etc.) so I always thought I could just do it on my own. I tried doing insanity workouts multiple times but never saw any huge changes.
When I started training with Bayo, he gave me both useful nutritional advice as well as a challenging but great workout regimen.
During our training sessions, Bayo mixed up the workouts so that I wasn’t doing the same routine every time. Not only that, but he also taught me how to be more effective with my workouts.
He committed to helping me lose weight by providing motivation for me to be consistent with my workout and diet. There were several times that I almost gave up, but Bayo was understanding and patient.

I have trained with Bayo for 6 months, he is the best personal trainer I have had in 15 years and I truly mean it. He knows what he is doing, he motivates you and inspires you like nobody else. When I started training with Bayo, I had been inactive for many years. I really had to start from the basics!!! Bayo’s sessions are fun, challenging, motivating, and constantly evolving. He makes sure you know the fundamentals/​form before getting you to do more. He does a lot of plyometrics while incorporating weights. I definitely got stronger within 3 months of training.
