Psychotherapy will provide you with a consistent, nonjudgmental place for you to listen to your unique rhythm. As a result, you’ll have the chance to discover the answers inside of you. Therapy encourages you to examine your life and take a look at past experiences that may be getting in your way. And this presents you with an opportunity to live life to its fullest.

During the course of psychotherapy, you’ll learn to:

* Develop meaningful, healthy relationships

* Navigate life transitions successfully

* Clarify feelings, needs and desires

* Cope effectively with the ups and downs of life

* Grieve the past to live more fully in the present

Therapy is not a cookiecutter process. It may be short-term or long-term; it may be weekly or more than once a week. But it requires a collaborative effort between therapist and client to decide the most effective framework for you.
