Ara Airapetian, MD

This is a worse Doctor you can’t trust this guy be aware i don’t know where he got his degree but not a trustworthy guy the issue I had about my neck pain he was sending me to different doctors to take exams and he was benefiting from other doctored and Overcharging my Insurance which I told my Insurance/​company they will be investigating soon.

This is the WORST careless doctor’s office a sick person with agonizing pain can end up in. After two houses of waiting in the lobby screaming in pain and about to faint all I got from the nurses and the doctors was «sorry mam you don’t have an appointment so we can’t help you.» I walked in as an emergency patient and Ara Airapetian being my doctor didn’t care to come out to ask me where I have a pain or how long I’ve been in pain. I’ve never experienced this kind of CARELESS behavior with any other doctors.
This kind of situations makes me think that he is not a doctor! He is only there to make easy money. The three other doctors in the office didn’t have the care to see me either. I’m just really shocked that there were 4 doctors in the office; Ara Airapetian, John Cabrere, Graciela Argueta, and Wen-​Shi Chang and NO one cared to help a sick person that was in their office.

Dr. Ara is one of the best doctor I ever seen. I truly recommend this doctor. Thanks for all your care.

For basic medical, physical, cold, etc., Dr. Ara Airapetian is very good. However, like most small doctors offices today, the front desk has very poor customer service. Very rude and quite incompetent when you ask them basic questions. Most HMO and PPO plans excepted, but Dr. Airapetian’s staff always seems to have difficulty looking up basic medical information. If the doctor was the only person I saw I would give 5 stars, but his staff is horrible hence the reason they barely received 3.

I work in an agency with many doctors, hundreds of them, but ask any one of our employees to recommend a good doctor and all of them will say Dr. Airapetian first. He has helped me out so much. When I woke up with my face swollen from allergies, his office took me in quickly without a set appointment. They gave me a shot and medication which took down my symptoms. He is a kind doctor concerned with the wellbeing of his patients and prioritizes their health ahead of his monetary gains.

I was pretty pleased with Dr. Airapetian for a while. Until I reinjured my knee pretty bad. I came in to him for a recheck (after being seen in Urgent Care) and wanted to talk about the possibility of having surgery. Even after I had explained that I have had this problem since I was 9 years old, he insisted that everything would «go away» if I just lost weight. Frustrated, I told him that I wasn’t overweight until I was 22 years old and he had nothing more to say except to lose weight and the problem would go away without surgery.
Bad form. Blatantly ignoring what your patient says? Bad form.
