AT&T

Great service all around. Even the employees who weren’t helping were chatty and making jokes. I wish I had a lawn chair and a beer to post up and just make jokes with them all day. Very professional. Gave me a great deal and even assisted putting on my screen protector. A+++

I had a great experience at this store. Jesus, my sales rep, went out of his way to help me and make sure I understood all the features on my new iPhone. I will definitely go back.

This place is also known as «Cellular World 126» and not really an AT&T store. It’s an «authorized dealer» which means you cannot take it into an actual att store. I spent a good two hours here just trying to buy a new phone.
I ended up getting a defective phone, charged for lots of add-​ons I didn’t want, and none of my data was transferred like the sales rep said he had taken care of. I have to go back to another store now to redo everything.

We had our business phone service with AT&T before. The service was OK, but we were not happy with the prices.

First of all, it’s important to know that this is an AT&T affiliate store and you should probably inquire into how that will affect your order/​needs.
The staff were nice enough but when it came time to explaining my bill it got pretty shady. There were a bunch of charges that the person working with me could not explain. He proceeded to advise me to «ignore them» b/​c what he was showing me wasn’t a real bill… which doesn’t make sense if they are asking me to sign a contract.
They also have a poor inventory.
Anyway, AT&T in general is difficult to work with. I only stay with them because I have a sweet, grandfathered deal. Otherwise, don’t waste your time coming here.

Today is Sunday 6÷1÷14. I took my sister to get the note 3 the at&t tream that working today, they did a great service :)

If I could give 0 star i would! ATT service is average and spotty! I did business with them about 15 years ago. They have the by far worst customer service in the business. To get an issue resolved it absolutely painful, that is if they can which usually they can’t. On top of that the promise prices that they never deliver. For example my ATT home phone that was 911 and local calls only with nothing else they said would be 5 dollars a month, and it turned out to be 39 a month with nothing. ATT tricks you in every way. I had such bad bad service that I disconnected early on their cell phone over 16 years ago. But at the 9 year and 11 month they sent me an offer to settle for 77 and consider the matter closed. I was stupid enough to try to settle. I didn’t know that once you pay it they can trash your credit for another 10 years and charge all sorts of fees. They are liars and cheats, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! They say I owe now 1144 dollars now. But their service sucked either cell or land line you choose. Read the reviews! And I would get the inevitable update that they are sorry… bla blah blah all talk and lies too. They don’t care in the least! Take it from 25 plus years experience with them. I recommend Tmobile for cell… not the best coverage either but great customer service! And I also recommend get cable internet and use voice over IP and fire them. That is what I did and I will never do business with anything they have something to do with. They don’t empower their people to do anything but charge you all sorts of fees, and they tell you what they can’t do instead of what they can do for you. It is painfully obvious that they are wearing their ties too tight around their necks at corporate. THEY DON“T GIVE A CRAP ABOUT YOU THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!!

Ok so first things first, they do not close at 8pm like stated online or on their Unilocal,they close at 7pm like it states on their door. There was only two staff members when we walked in a little before 7, one on the phone dealing with an upset customer and another one with the ID badge as a manager looking for a phone that was missing from their inventory. The reason why they are getting a star is because the girl was a bit helpful. Unfortunately I didn“t feel like a valued customer for AT&T. I needed to make sure the phone I was purchasing was not black listed therefore I was informed that coming into any AT&T store, they should be able to look that information up. Being there I was told more than a handful of times that I need to go to a different location and one that is open until 8… but why do I need to go somewhere else when I am already here? Wouldn’t you still want to help your customer? You are still representing AT&T even if the store is now closed, you are still in uniform. Well the manager ended up dialing a number for me and just handed over the phone to me. UMMMM why am I doing this and what am I suppose to do? It would have been wonderful customer service if he would have been nice enough to call and take care of that for me rather than just be like «here, take this and talk to whomever answers there» That was very unprofessional and rude. I understand it was after the clock but you still are on the clock, I am very sure that if I was to call corporate, they would be highly disappointed and disapprove of such behavior. Phone thing was taken care of… after I spoke to the person over the phone, not by the actual AT&T workers there. Sorry but I wouldn’t recommend this location at all to anyone. Seems like they are very unorganize and too busy taking care of that mess to be able to help a customer. I was very disappointed that the guy was a so called manager too. I wouldn’t want to know how the rest of the team is.

Does anyone «Hate «At&T beside ME !!! These scambags gave me U-​Verse and would not give me my DLS as I had before. With this U-​Verse peice of «CRAP» I have NOT been able to get Yahoo, Aol, pay bills on line or anything elsa in over a week. U-​Verse stinks just like At&T and all the «Greedy Rotten «big shots that run that horrible company.
No one cares about the customer, just getting their «MONEY»…it’s a sad pathetic
company. IF YOU CAN GET ANOTHER PROVIDER, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT CHOOSE AT&T !!! DON“T CHOOSE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING !!!

AT&T your U-​Verse service and you entire company sucks. I am a frustrated independent telephone technician trying to help customers with there inside wiring issues. What can I do when the phone company order department mysteriously cancels your order and the makes you wait a week before service can be turned on again. What am I supposed to do when the AT&T techs comes out and then refuse to tag the working service in the telecom box (U verse internet does not have dial tone and can only be located and tested with the modem) as they are required to do. What am I supposed to do when they send you a bad modem and the AT&T tech tells the customer that it is an inside wiring issue. All I can do is test and tag the inside wiring with my business card and AT&T has to dispatch another technician to see if the service is good to the outside. HOW STUPID IS THAT! that they could not check the service and tag it the first time. I want my customers to wake up and realize that AT&T, Verizon, and Time Warner could give a rats ass about you after they have locked you into a contract. You are lucky that there a few non phone company technicians such as myself, who want to help you and give you exceptional customer service.

I came in for help to access my voicemail that wasn’t working. Miguel was able to help me out so quickly! I also bought a iPhone 5 screen protector there while I was waiting (no fingerprints/​no glare) and Miguel offered to put it on for me. Considering my phone looks like bubble wrap every time I put it on my own, I said heck yes. Watching him meticulously put on the screen cover was like watching Jesus build a dining table — It was beautiful. Thank you Miguel!

Maybe it’s been my luck, but the few times I’ve been here, customer service has been amazingly poor. Instead of them trying to be friendly, I’ve had to run after them to try to get their attention so that they can take my money. I would give them 1 star, but I’m not cruel like that.

Only stop once in a while but every time I do the staff is super friendly.
