I’ll get to the point… ATAK is awesome. Professional, efficient, communicative if I had to chose a few words.
I looked into quite a few companies in my search for a company to redesign my site. I had some pretty bad experiences before finding ATAK.
With my first communication I had a feeling that I’d found the right company. I met with them and was immediately impressed when it became evident that they’d done their homework on my business and my current site. They were extremely patient — listening to what I wanted, answered my questions and offered their ideas. They really wanted to make sure they understood what I wanted and met my needs.
They sent me a detailed proposal and time line and they stuck to it — the project went exactly as projected and was actually finished early.
The relationship isn’t over after launch either — I maintain communication with my rep there and get immediate responses to my questions and needs. Their level of customer service continues after the site is launched.
This has been one of the best vendor relationships I’ve had over the years, including those outside of the web design business.
