Established in 2006.

Bryna Carracino started B fit Los Angeles in 2006 as a personal trainer. Working with clients one-​on-​one fulfilled only part of her desire to help people live better lives. With the obesity epidemic in the U.S. at an all-​time high, Bryna felt she needed to reach more people so she started B Fit Los Angeles group sessions in 2012.

Like many of her clients, Bryna didn’t come to fitness with a background in sports or athletic activity growing up. So, she understands the courage one must have to take the first step into a healthier lifestyle.

After many years of searching, I finally found my purpose in life when I discovered and became empowered by the self-​awareness, discipline, and sense of accomplishment that came with a lifestyle built around healthy living and physical fitness. After arming myself with the proper tools, I became a personal trainer and created B Fit Los Angeles in 2006.

I am passionate about my path as a trainer, I’m dedicated to each of my clients, and I plan to continue guiding people to live healthier lives for as long as people need guidance. My motto is: Think fit, B fit!
