Established in 2014.
The Gorbals is the proud home of DTLA’s newest sports bar, Bar Mitzvah, located in The Gorbals’ new entrance on 5th Street. Meeting the need for a neighborhood bar with great food and premium drinks for the discerning sports fan, Bar Mitzvah is equipped with beautifully designed custom woodwork and lighting fixtures, six huge HD TVs with premium sports channels, a state-of-the-art surround sound system, and a vintage sports décor blending perfectly with the classic charm of The Gorbals in the historic Alexandria Hotel. The bar menu features a specialized array of solid standard spirits, rare spirits, and imported and local craft beers. Bar Mitzvah is now open days and evenings for fans to watch the coverage of all NFL, NCAA, FIFA World Cup, NBA Finals, Stanley Cup, and UFC events.
